It was quiet, clean and good for a place to spend the night. Breakfast was till 10 but at 9.20 there was not much left. The room was clean and quiet.

I enjoyed the waffle. They had scrambled eggs. 3 different juices, a selection of cereal, yogurt.

Staff was helpful, very comfortable bed, great bathtub. a/c worked well. Easy parking. Clean.
Wifi poor - even after they changed my room because the first room only gave 1 bar. Second room had 2-3 bars. Not enough to watch a show, but at least could take care of emails. Fridge was not working at all. Lamp missing a bulb, no bath towels. Lots of outside noise but at least the a/c fan blocked most of it.

The location is great. The bed was comfortable. A nice breakfast was available.
The toilet in the room was unflushed and there was hair left in the shower when we first got into the room.

Clean room and great check in when I got there at night
I paid online but when I got there I had to pay again.

But the guy at front desk said it always happens
I just hope I don't get double charged since I'm far away from the hotel now.

Key cards would not open door. Staff stated they would replace batteries when we left.
First pet room we were given: key card would not open door. Second room smelled like smoke and alchohol. Bed held up by 2x2 pieces of wood. Third room was nice.

The location was great made it easy to get around North Battleford. Continental breakfast had a great selection. Room was clean. Staff was very helpful. Provided directions to church was going to, several places to eat, bed very comfortable. Loved the shower and tub.
Have no complaints.

Good breakfast. Room thermostat failed overnight and woke up to a 12 or 13 degree room at 4:00 AM with outside temps at - 29/ 30! Breakfast room opened at 6:00 and was comfortably warm.

Your breakfasts were horrible. Hard boiled eggs two times in a row? The only hotel I've ever stayed at that serves hard boiled eggs. Hash browns were never replenished. Bagels were days old. Just nor good at all.

Staff were fantastic. Room was clean. We were able to book at a discounted rate. Value a+
Lighting above the sink was florescent light. Natural or warm light would be preferred. But that's grasping at straws.

The staff were super friendly when I checked in and the room was spotless!!!
I also really liked the layout of the facility. All room are drive up rooms, which makes it very convenient when you have a lot of items in your vehicle that can’t freeze and need to go in your room for the night!!!

Room was good for a 1 night business stop. Bed wss comfortable, quiet and worked out well.
Internet was terrible. Got so frustrated trying to upload my workfiles for the day I gave up and ran a speedtest. Basically 90's speed in my room. It would not even load regular webpages. As a regular traveller I knew sometimes if you go near the front office it is better. I went to the kitchen area across from the office and was able to upload my days work. Not real fast but I at least got them in.
