Location was great

The hot water for showers takes about 10-15 minutes to warm up. The food menu at the bar was not that good. The towels are very cheap. The cleaning service is horrible

The toilet and bath tub was not in working condition in my suite. They did send somebody up to plunge the toilet a few times but most of the time we had to share the toilet in my sister’s room. The worst part was how the manager Sarah spoke to me and said I lied abt the conditions of my room (which I took pics of) Hilton corporate office however was very friendly and apologetic and made sure they spoke to me as if I was the person in the messed up situation and not them. I’m love Hilton 🩷

The AC in the room date on the whole time it would not go off. You cut it off and it'll still be cold in the room. The showerwe get water all over the I almost failed getting out the shower The Ironing bored was so small. I couldn't even iro my clothes. I had to Iron them on the bed.

Only thing that I wish is that they weren't doing painting or spraying that they were doing it had an awful smell and I had to stay in my room for most of the day that day Side note next time let people know that they can ask for certain items for breakfast I love bacon and was so upbut that I found out the last day that I just could have had plates and plates of it from the omelet guy. Lol

The pool was spacious. Check in was easy.

The areas surrounding pool were rarely cleaned. Trash was accumulated every, the bins were full and not emptied. The men's restroom nearest to pool appeared to never be cleaned, smelled like urine and water was on floor. This actually led to a slip accident in which one of my guests was drenched in urine and water. We were in pool for over 8 hours and not once the restroom was cleaned and no sign of any kind demonstrating slip. Management was aware of faulty restroom and it wasn't until the accident happened that a sign was placed.

Breakfast wasn’t nice, reception people were not friendly at all, they didn’t even smile. They have eus a room next to the renovation spot and that we as annoying in the morning.
