Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal für einen Städte-Trip, da nur wenige Gehminuten vom White House. Das Frühstück im Restaurant ist sehr lecker. Wir haben die Stadt mit e-Bikes (Lime etc.) erkundet. Es hat Stationen und etliche Bikes in der Nähe des Hotels.
Die Lage ist sicher, denn in der Umgebung hat es einige Botschaften (u.a. Australien).

El personal que nos atendió para llevar las maletas, aparcar el coche y recepción eran muy amables y en cuanto vieron q éramos españoles buscaron a una persona de la recepción para q todo fuera más fácil Las instalaciones eran cómodas y limpias. Muy bien ubicado. Cerca de La Casa Blanca

The people were friendly and location is superb. Came in when they had complementary cocktail hour. What a nice touch. They even offer water when we depart.
Street parking is easy to find and the fee is not outrageous. Once parked, no need to drive around looking for a place to eat.
This place is walkable to endless restaurants and bars on 14th and not far of a walk to U Street.

The front desk staff were excellent. The two ladies from Morocco were absolutely fantastic! Deshawn, our waiter was very attentive and tended to our needs in a very professional manner. Merci Beaucoup!
The heavy doors to the room were hard to open. The pillow cases were to small for the feather pillows. No parking near the hotel.

Great location and very helpful staff. The free bikes for hotel guests were much appreciated.

The decor was nice. I had received high recommendation for this hotel so my expectations were high.
The rooms are quite small. Also the rooms are incredibly noisy. I changed rooms 3 times untill finally they upgraded me to a room that was quiet. In the first 2 rooms I could hear the lift,the ice-room and the outside generator or aircon vents.
The rooms facing the street are much quieter.
It was a pity that I had to complain 3 times before they addressed my issue. The staff were nice but not overly helpful. My final room was quiet but not without all the faff of insisting on a quiet room.
