It teaches you to appreciate normal hotels
The room smelt of chlorine and spirits, breathing became a challenge when walking in the room, at least it had an air conditioner in the room that connected to the indoor pool, so we could get even more chlorine in the room topped off with the sound of a jet taking off. After making it through the night it was quite nice to wake up to the sound of reception calling at 7 to ask if we can check out. Easily the worst place I’ve ever seen. Would recommend if your looking for inspiration for a horror movie.

The bed was great
Rented a Jacuzzi suite and the water wasn't hot it was Luke warm at best. Even the shower was only warm. There was bugs in the bathroom corner, I had to clean the jacuzzi before use, there was hair left from previous guest. Lights were burnt out.

Slide closed in pool, sauna closed. No change at front desk for dryers.

Friendly front desk staff
Our room had a sliding door on one wall that led to the pool. Voices echoed and pool lights were on until at least 11pm. Poor curtains made our room extremely bright on top of the noise.

cold water they had a boiler go out, room key didnt work first two times goin back to front desk, room heat was cranked when walked in. least front staff worker was helpful

We had to find a quick place to stay here due to a road closure that was happening. We were informed of this about 90 minutes before we got to Valemount, so we used the Booking.com app, and it literally saved the day.
Room was clean and roomy. Very comfortable beds and quiet in spite of being next to a main entrance corridor.
Shower was great.
Close enough to a Tim Hortons/ pizza restaurant/ convenience store, that if you needed anything, it was a quick walk.
Very good value for the money.
