Great location right by the creek & nice little chairs to sit on outside.
The bedding was very starchy and it was hard to sleep in.

Location was beautiful. Staff was helpful.

Beautiful location and nice bungalows with responsive staff.
The separately operated restaurant on the property is okay. The two-bedroom bungalows are separated by a thin, non-soundproof wall to the adjacent two-bedroom bungalows. Okay if you are reserving all four.

we had two cabins, cabin 17 and 33.
Cabin 17 has incredible views overlooking the Athablasca river. we watched kayakers and river raft tours pass by several times a day from the window in the living room in the cabin and from outside.
there is a picnic table and airondack chairs outside which we used everyday. we enjoyed playing cards at night. one evening we saw deer run past our window and there seem to be resident geese by the accommodation. the beds were comfortable however the cabins could become stifling hot at times. there are fans in the bedrooms.
we used the washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. they were a great facility to have.
the cabins are a very short drive to town.
pleasant receptionist
overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Jasper Bungalows.
the beach!! or should I say the river shore being called a beach. you cannot swim in the river as it is too dangerous with such fast moving water. you can however paddle which is very refreshing and welcome. bring water shoes as there is goose poop everywhere by the river. I booked this accommodation so that we could have someplace to swim so was very disappointed initially when I realised that would not be possible. I think say it as it is to avoid people being disappointed.
we did enjoy paddling and cooling off at the waters edge

Location good, exterior of cabins was nice !
Didnt understand why there were 3 of everything ? Ie . 3 plates , 3 cups and 3 of all cutlery , one person in our family found the bed too hard Thought the rooms would be bigger based on the website pictures

Relatively large room.
Ample and comfy parking.
Firepits outside.
Large grassy areas to play outside.
Beautiful surroundings.
Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Internet was pretty horrible. This was a consistent experience. As we were visiting for abroad, we pretty much relied on it, and it mostly didn't work, or was so slow that basic information lookup on the web was a painful experience.
There is no air conditioning. We had days with 33 degrees Celsius (92 F), and the rooms were pretty harsh to be in despite the provided fans.
Firepits are on most of the night so it is imperative that windows be shut otherwise the room will smell of smoke (this is OK, but a heads up would have been nice...).
Oven and stovetop worked intermittently sometimes heating at low power.
All in all we had a good stay, we've stayed in places that are much more basic than this one. However, for the (very high) price we would have expected much more. This was the most expensive property we stayed in (the other three being in Banff and Canmore), and probably the least convenient.

good location, close to jasper next to the river.
our bungalow was facing the parking ..A big group of people used the parking for their party. they had loads of alcohol in the back of their truck and were drinking and loud in this parking lot next to the truck.this party started 4 pm went on till after 2am. than taxis came to pick up the people that were invited by them and were not guests at this property.for two days we couldn’t sleep and enjoy our short holiday. Even the staff noticed during the day , nobody told them to be sensible to other guests. we payed 1100 Cad for two nights. after complaining when we checkout , the manager apologizing and gave us a 200 Cad discount. We are very disappointed as we payed a lot of money and we chose this property for its good ratings and quietness, and not to sit and watch and hear loud. dronken people infront of our cabin all day and night. it was a disappointment that the staff were not proactive in taking action and let it happen.

Location of Bungalows was great. Cleanliness and tidiness of site. Staff pleasant. Restaurant was good. Bungalows were quaint and cozy.
The poor sound insulation between adjoining bungalows. Our neighbours were running water, taking baths at 12.30 am till 1 am which led to lack of sleep due to the noise from the plumbing. It was brutal Both nights! Neighbours seemed to be oblivious to the fact that the noise was causing a disturbance. We ended up knocking on their door at 1 am to ask them to please stop.
A/C would have been nice.

Great location, the cleanliness and the outdoorsy vibe. The room was as we expected for a cabine style accommodation. Which is exactly what we wanted for our stay in Jasper. Parking was easy.
The description said coffee/tea maker. All rooms had a coffee maker, but not all rooms had a tea maker (kettle). The employee at the front desk told me that all their kettles were currently used by other rooms/clients. Not a big deal, but don't put that your rooms all have tea maker if they don't because I would have brought mine.
