Lacking brand standards, coffee machine not working in the lobby and room. Bedroom not clean dusty No room safe Not enough amenities

Hotel lobby looks to be updated. Beds were clean

The room was dated. Water damage in bathroom with mold. Stains on chair and curtains. Furniture had scratches and dents. Needs to be updated

super Lage zum Expo Center - sehr Hunde freundlich. wir hatte, wir hatten leider keine Zeit zum frühstücken, es sah aber alles sehr gut aus. Kaffee war immer fertig.

alles OK außer leider immer wieder Hundehalter die die Kacke Ihre Hunde nicht entfernen. Dafür kann jedoch die Hotelleitung nichts.

The bed was very poor mattress was a strain etc

The lack of communication is upsetting. I paid for a double bed and received a king and couch. It was never communicated. I was informed by the night staff that there was a note left stating there was no available doubles beds by the time I checked in. The night staff then told me that there would be a difference in pay; nothing much substantial however I wanted my difference due to the inconvenience . When I woke in the morning, the day manager act as if she had to, one, get confirmation from staff that this information was relayed , two; stated that their wasn’t a difference as far as between the 2 rooms regarding pay. In which I found crazy to believe because if that was the case I would’ve booked that particular room in the 1st place. I’ve been told that the manager would reach back out to me……crickets! Long story short, book with caution because anything over 12hrs of stay is not worth it.

Stained carpets in halls and rooms. Front desk and breakfast Staff grumpy and not customer friendly.

The pool was open and the water at the front was good

At the time of arrival on Tuesday August 15, we were asking the front desk staff questions such as if breakfast was complimentary and she states “ I don’t know. It depends on what we paid for” which I find it hard to believe if you have the account and can see breakfast is not listed under the reservation. On the second question, we asked if the laundry was available. She states again “i don’t know, last time I checked it was available but you can check and see and if it is not , you can go to one in the area”. It is clear the front desk staff was unprofessional, rude and unwilling to help us. I am appalled by the service that I received from this hotel and not expecting this from a Hilton hotel with such prestige, reputation and class. As we move forward during my stay, on Wednesday August 16, as I’m watching my favorite television show, the television looses signal for approximately 10 minutes which is not expected from a hotel that is charging $159 a night and our total stay is $546.79. In regards to house keeping, There was no do not disturb sign on our door for house keeping to not come to the room, there was no knock or an attempt to clean our room, change garbage, or change towels and wash clothes. We had to go to front desk to request and when going to the front desk to request towels and wash clothes, the front desk staff again as I am attempting to request such items, is busy on their cell phone. In my passing from getting tea to go back to the room, he asks again “what was the room number “ which was stated in the first conversation if he was actively listening and took note and prioritized my concerns. For me to have to have to keep asking for housekeeping without them checking is unacceptable. Then when I went outside by the pool to sit down, Me and my girlfriend were locked out and we tried to use our key card to get back in and it was denied. So we waiting about 5 mins until another person that was in the pool opened the door for us.
