The basics are there. As long as the expectations aren't high. It's quite neat & clean. Some staff is nice.

The approach to breakfast is unacceptable: you don't expect much from a continental breakfast in a place like this, but this was just negligent. If you say the breakfast is available till 10am - make it available at least till 10am. The eggs were gone at 9:35am, and no one bothered making more. The staff started locking things up at 9:45am. Some kids came back from the pool at 9:50am - couldn't even get juice (which was awful, by the way). Perfect way to spoil an overall guest experience from the place just before they check out. Good job.

The pool had ants everywhere and the air conditioning didn't work. Other than that it was a good stay.

Lovely quiet spacious room on top floor with super comfy beds. Great breakfast. Convenient to nearby stores, and some restaurants. Easy access to Trans Canada highway.

The pool with the slide was crazy busy on the Saturday so any expectations of a quiet relaxing dip was out of the question. The two treadmills in the fitness room needed servicing. One track was unusable and the other machine had a minimum speed of 3.1 to start and didnt respond to inputs.

asked for the bed to be changed and it wasn’t. it was barely straightened. no toiletries were replaced over the four night stay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

The pool is always freezing as well as the hot tub. The floor in the pool room cut mine and my son's feet because the rocks are falling apart. The staff had underage people drunk as hell all over the hotel. As a woman, it was scary walking through the hotel because of all the drunk men harassing me. And all the kids from the hockey teams did nothing but run up and down the hallways screaming and knocking on everyone's doors. Not impressed at all with that. The staff did try to stop it but it didn't help because the parents of the children were hammered and didn't care what their kids were doing.

Rooms were very clean, bathroom was huge and amazing and hot water was great ! Bonus the hot tub and pool was a lot of fun for the family

Beds were a little sunk in making a couple have issues trying to share a bed, and cable for the tv was a little wonky (guide didn't work and tv would go out every now and then) Also the flooring for the poor is super hard on the feet! Outch

We enjoyed the fact that we could bring our dog, the location of the hotel, complimentary breakfast and the pool.

Appeared to be white dog hair all over the one bed. I noticed it when laying on the bed with my black jeans on and my phone case had several hairs on it. Clients should be able to request nonnpet rooms!

The swimming pool was too cold, other hotels guests came and left account the temperature.
