The breakfast was awful to be $13, cold rooms with heater barely working, and a few large stains in the tub. They only offer cereal, milk, juice, potatoes, and sliced sausage but make it look like an all you can eat breakfast with a variety of food.

The location was great. When I booked the room, I did not realize that I booked a handicap room on accident so when me and my son walked in, it would’ve been nice if they would’ve verified that handicap room was really needed.

When you walk into the front doors, the trash on both sides of the doors were spilling over onto the ground and was there the entire time we were there. We were not verified if a handicap room was truly needed and I was unaware it did not come with breakfast so I was totally embarrassed when I went downstairs and grabbed a plate and was told I could not eat unless it was $20. I put the plate down and walked out and went next-door for a nice breakfast. We were put on the floor that had a bus or two loaded of teenagers that were loud and obnoxious. Why they could not have been put on the floor on their own I don’t know.

I thought with it being a Hilton garden and booking giving it a great rating but boy was I wrong first room had a dead bug on the bed and one on the floor and the tv did not work so we moved to another room mold on the shower roof so we moved to another room room different floor and after getting in bed realized the sheets had perfume from previous guest went down to check out and went for breakfast was told it did not come with my stay I have always relied on booking but from now on I will be checking the property my self

Air conditioner in room

Price was outrageous for the quality of the room. we paid 243.00 for one night. They are working on the building. Our room 522 had plastic on the windows and the air conditioner didn’t get cool till about 3 in the morning. Bathroom door has marks all over it where it hits the door if it’s open. toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. not impressed with this hotel at all

Location to where we needed to be the next day

The deadbolt lock gave us a little trouble so we had to block out door with the bathroom door as we were unsure if the door was truly locked. The next morning when leaving the deadbolt was really stuck and the door wouldn’t close. We were in room 317

I like the staff. Very friendly and check in was quick and easy.

I didn't like that I payed $50 security deposit for 2 rooms and still have not received my refund nearly 3 wks later.

The room was very spacious. My two year old had space to play. Our luggage wasn't a problem when it came to storage. Thumbs up on space. The location was excellent.

were renovating at the time of our stay. It wasn't noisy or anything. It was the obvious things like unpainted areas which made the place "appear" unkept. A staff member at the desk was very snobby when it came to needing more towels for a 2-day stay as if we shouldn't need anymore.
