Great location and we were lucky enough to have a lake view. Great location. You can walk anywhere downtown from this spot.

Small matters. Would be nice to have lounges in the pool area, not just chairs. Hotel stores are often overpriced but this was outta sight. Since food costs are so high, a $15 food voucher would be welcom.

Hidden fees that I’m disputing. Most hotel staff would state they were new to the site; friendly but not helpful. Gym and pool in an awkward location. You had to walk through an eating area to reach either spot. There is NO free WiFi or complimentary services, according to the front desk clerk that’s what the destination fee is for. Tried to speak with management for clarification and not helpful either. Would not recommend, there are much nicer, competent places in the area. I’m horribly disappointed with this experience and booking.com negligence in scouting the accuracy of hotels.

L’emplacement à cinq minutes du centre des activités et de la piste cyclable sur le bord du magnifique lac. Les distributrices de boissons chaudes à volonté sur chaque étage sont très appréciées . Le confort du lit, la vue sur le lac et l’insonorisation de l’emplacement de notre chambre sur le coin.

L’attente jusqu’à 17h15 pour avoir accès à notre chambre sans offrir un breuvage ou une collation. La réception pourrait suggérer d’aller profiter des distributrices de boissons chaudes gratuites. Le stationnement payant. La climatisation irrégulière.

Excellent room/view/location. Hallway coffee station was very nice.

Lacked full bar and restaurant was very limited. There was no notice upon booking that hotel was being renovated and lacked the above amenities.

The staff were super professional and courteous. The manager is excellent; and there is a positive vibe throughout the hotel, where the staff, including very young staff and interns, are treated with respect. The view from the hotel is stunning.

The building was under renovation, but it barely affected my stay. I could not hear any external noise from inside the room.

ベッドの寝心地、良かったです。息子が足が悪く、車いす対応のお部屋に泊まりました。広くて、エレベーター近くのお部屋、すぐそばの廊下には無料のコーヒー飲み物カウンターあり、とても良かった。町までも歩いて行かれる距離、目の前は湖で景色も良かった

館内、工事中が多かった。ドタンバタン、時折うるさいと感じました。レストランもあると記載ありましたが、期待外れ、写真とは全く違った。残念。工事の車が、我が物顔でホテルのフロントエントランスに停めていて、とても目障りでした。パーキングが遠くて、松葉杖の息子を毎日、フロント前に迎えに行きましたが、自動ドアではないフロントドアは、障がい者には不親切。

The construction/renovations were unexpected but not that much of a hinderance.
