The rooms were OK and the bed was nice. El Segundo is a family friendly place.

Where to even start… to sum this stay up: a mess. I don’t think that I have ever experienced staff this rude or nonchalant. The staff being completely ignorant and very unfriendly. Yawning over and over again when ”helping” us. You felt unwelcome through the entire stay. There were also an ant farm in the room. Which does happen to hotels, so thats fine. However, when we informed the staff at the front desk about the ants they ignored that completely. When we arrived back to the room some 10 hours later, the ants were still there and had even crawled into the beds. Once again we go back to the front desk, confronting them why nothing has been done. AGAIN they look completely ignorant and lookee at me like i was a bug or something of that kind. The replay i got was ”ok”, no ”sorry” or anything. They then called the maintanance guy. Who was very helpful, he went to our room and helped us phone the front desk saying that we need another room. Which we got ”shockingly”. TV barely worked. Pool area was decent, but never opened at 9 when it should. You had to inform the staff 2-3 times before the pool opened. 1 out of 3 elevators worked. Overall a very sad and unfriendly experience. I wouldn’t recomend this hotel to my worse enemy.

Property cancelled my res at short notice and have taken around £50 from my account for the privilage!! Holiday and superbowl weekend completely ruined!! Not happy and I happen to be a Hilton honors member 😡 I look forward to your response or should I say excuses.

We had the A La Cart breakfast. It was pretty good. The continental breakfast looks better than other hotels near by.

The room was clean. Just only wish the toilet height was higher and four pillows instead of three. Overall it was good.

Nothing They were not considerate to Jews and Muslims. Most of dishes in the Breakfast were pork and Ham based. The price was too high. Their web site indicates air port shuttle while no shuttle was provided they blamed you for giving us wrong information about shuttle

Close to airport. Nice pool.

No cash onsite. Curtains didn’t close, not enough towels provided. No help with getting a taxi. Charged full price for buffet breakfast for child. Happy hour is a bit if a joke. No special deals.

Can not satisfied with room facilities. No extra toilet papers. Exhaust fan is not worked in the wash room. Even we didn't get any complimentary water bottles. Very limited coffee and tea stuff. I made a booking for 3 nights. But i got the coffee stuff only for one day.Bit noisy surrounding. Feel like not worthy that place for money we spend.
