Close to center and hot breakfast included was great!

There was no hair dryer in the room. What if it is winter? It would be difficult to dry hair after showering. Please include this in the room as most people expect hair dryers when they book hotels. Also hair dryers are not expensive.

1 towel and very strong mold smell ..I think I can still smell it

very clean, quiet and close to park, library and restaurants. My kids love it. the bed is comfy too.

Not much. It was party central at night with no one at the front desk. Very loud until 11 pm and no one even addressed it.

There were so many issues. The bed did not have a mattress cover. The exterior of the site had not been cleaned and the site was dirty. The rooms have not been updated since the 70’s. The staff were never around and the issues of partying until 11 pm with much screaming and kids left in the room making soo much noise. This was my worst hotel stay ever.

place is going through some renovations maybe? The stairs appeared to be newer but not built well in my opinion, slanted boards, one would have to be very aware going up and down. Pools were closed which was not advertised at the time of me booking or even the day of arrival on booking.com information. couch in our suite was aweful to sit on. appeared to have the sofa bed pieces removed so sagged badly. Beds were hard, pillows uncomfortable Air condition was in the sitting area and could not reach the rooms which made for a hot night and windows screwed closed so could not open for fresh air. Overall I would not stay again. for what I paid it wasn’t worth it.

Poor customer service, had to wait 20 mins for someone to come to desk, room floors filthy, charged a $25 pet fee even though room was disgusting
