The location was very good, close to shopping and lots of places to eat. The room was clean.
There was a lot of noise, it felt like the whole room shook when a semi would go by, or the train, was very difficult to sleep. they took a very large pre-authorization deposit and would not come and check the room before I left, and give back the deposit. I took a lot of pictures of the room the day I arrived and a lot the next day when I left, incase any extra charges came on my credit card. on my travels, this is the only place in B.C. that did this.

Exceptional value and super friendly staff. Early check in wasn’t a problem. This property is very well maintained and clean as was our room. Beautiful flowers everywhere was a final touch and dedication.

It was very clean. Pretty hanging flower baskets.
The woman who checked us in had a thick accent which we had a difficult time understanding. She was extremely impatient with us. Argued that she didn't have our booking, but looked online and found it. Also, took $277.00 damage deposit--I took photos of the unit before we left, just in case. Also, air conditioner on full blast, was not adjustable. Bright lights (only lights in room) above bed had a dimmer switch that didm't work. TV remote volume did not go above a very quiet--our granddaughter had to sit 2 feet from it to hear. It's a shame, it could have been a lovely stay.

The parking in front of the office to check in & our was tight. Room small no counter around sink. No ice machine
Biggest issue was not getting our 100.00 damage deposit back on my husbands credit card. Have emailed the property but no response.
It was booked through booking.com using my card but used my husband’s card at the property. Still note sure why the 100.00 damage deposit was needed & why it wasn’t returned !?!? We did nothing to damage the property. 🥴🫤

Rooms are lovely, great location.
Air conditioner was very loud, had to shut it off halfway through the night.

-The Host was very accommodating as I was travelling for medical reasons. My appointment was postponed and I was refunded all but the commission that Booking.com collects from the motel.

Completely refurbished hotel from 1960s, clean, nothing fancy but good bed and shower.

Accessing the Room. The Front Desk was tended.
I would have liked to control the heat. I did not see a thermostat.

The little kitchen in the room was nice.
There was a gurgling sound in the bath tub drain a few times that sounded as though it was going to back up and flood when you used the sink in the kitchenette. or the suite next door used theirs. The walls are thin so you could hear everything the next suite was doing or saying.

There is no breakfast. The rooms were clean.
There was a return email after initial booking asking if I wanted an upgrade which would include a sitting area with a view for an extra amount of money. I paid for upgrade. Did not receive upgrade upon checking in. Manager stated all rooms are an upgrade. There was an old chair outside our room facing the parking lot.
