Breakfast was good, good diversity of food
I visited during low season and I was put in the motel section. It was really disappointing because this was not specified on the booking. I visited this hotel before and loved the room upstairs. I just don’t understand for what reason, an hotel wouldn’t locate their customers in their nicest rooms when they are available rather than putting them in the motel section and risking them having a bad experience. If you are not planning on using the door that leads right outside, being on the first floor is far from ideal. I stayed up part of the night because of the noise of cars, and trucks pulling in. People outside the room and the parking lot talking.
Wifi did not reach my room, and when it did connection was poor.

View from room was not on the river side.
It was difficult to eat out at suppertime as everything nearby was booked solid.

The staff was very courteous and helpfull. The room was clean and the view on the lake was great.
Soundproofing isn't great between rooms!

Air conditioning very noisy . Window doesn’t open. Mattress too soft. Continental breakfast is not acceptable ….at least some toast & condiments…THE TINY MUFFIN…🥺and NO croissant🥲

Only 5 English tv stations ..
..was told they had cut most of English stations from all rooms. Not happy....but....it what it is.

Staff friendly, big room, nice bathroom with great shower lots of hot water. Paid extra for the water view, very nice. Continental breakfast with cold cereal would be nice Covid made it difficult to have more than cheese, yogurt, fruit and tiny muffins. Juice, coffee etc. I would stay there again without hesitation.
No movie channels, not much variety for breakfast.

The room was clean. But I reserved there because the breakfast was included but when I got there they told me it was not because of the Covid-19. I just wish they would have said so on the website.
