It was great location to access harbour centre/downtown Nanaimo. They have lot of rooms that have a great view to the ocean and neighbor. I like the way that I can ask any question or request through the text message instead of calling through the phone with long waiting time. They responded fast through the text message

I left requests when I completed the reservation process on the online. I got the message back from the Hotel through the booking com message after I finished my Nanaimo trip two days later. Also, there was an issue of my last/first name had swapped so the hotel staff had hard time to find out my reservation at check in.

Room was clean, location was good, and the parking situation would have been great had the elevator been working. The cost included a $25 breakfast of some sort, which might have been good if anyone had been there to serve said breakfast.

The elevator from the underground parking was down, and there was no stairwell to the parking garage. This required walking a block up a steep hill in an alleyway with about two inches of slush and snow on the ground. All while carrying luggage. Not ideal, but these things happen. I could have really used that breakfast, but the front desk staff were busy and simply said "breakfast is up there." I walked into the restaurant and looked around, but nobody was there, and there was no breakfast to be found. I was short on time, so after waiting for a few minutes I had to leave without having eaten. Looked like a nice place for breakfast if it had been on offer?

Great central location to experience Nanaimo. Restaurant was an excellent breakfast. Parking was linked to covered parking.

Construction on parking made changes to entry more challenging.

don't know why coast would put a full mirror in the bathroom that go all the way to the top of the toilet.... as a man... I don't see the appeal of seeing myself pee....

All of the staff I interacted with were wonderful (front desk, housekeeping, dining room) -- friendly and very helpful. The room was beautiful, quiet, clean, and had lovely view of the water. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic.

Loved the great location, friendly helpful staff and spacious clean room with a lovely view over the harbour. We stayed for 5 nights for the Blues Festival and were very comfortable in room 410 The hotel restaurant was good value and there are many good cafes and restaurants close by Would recommend this hotel to couples, families and their dogs
