Difficult walking on uneven flooring

Great pool and fantastic restaurant. Clean, very nice staff.

Our room had an odd smell and the pillows were uncomfortable , gym wasn’t really functional for doing anything much .

Very friendly and accomodating staff, overworked in my opinion but still smiling. Breakfast was better than expected, with both pancake machine and waffle maker. Great amenities, however waterpark/pool wasn’t private, windows looking out the reception and entrance. Pleasant restaurant and amazing terrace by the river, very private and quiet.

We booked a pet friendly room so maybe there wasn’t much choice. Room 135 was in fact in the basement so that was considered first floor and that’s where the fitness room and water park access was too, with reception at main floor (second floor) so indeed it was away from the elevator however right between the back entrance, cleaning and mechanical room so we were woken up around 7am. Also coffee machine didn’t work and the game room was a rip off, not working properly but taking your money - everyone please stay away, those machines are built to rip you off and they don’t belong to the hotel.
