I like the room very much. Its spacious and big for two people.
I wish there was a Microwave in the room. Especially when you are on the level 6 and up. Coming down to heat up food is too much. We were not able to change the temperature in the room so we end up not leaving the heat on. The room got pretty hot in the middle of the night.

Location & shuttle service
The room was freezing and the thermostat did not work. Finally I had to turn it off so cold air did not blow on my bed. I slept fully clothed.
The free WiFi is very complicated to find - I guess you say you will pay honors but don’t enter card? It continually falls out. Poor for 2023!

Beautifully kept. Helpful and friendly staff!
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. But that’s not necessarily on your company. I just have to have a specific kind of mattress, so no worries.

Loved being able to walk over to the Wildlife refuge next door. There was a festival and a band, which was a treat!

shuttle to airport was not punctual, should come every 30 minutes but was late for at least 15 minutes. I couldn’t wait so I had to take Uber.

The food was delicious in the restaurant. Friendly service at the restaurant, especially the staff that was serving at breakfast time.

it Showed Hot Tubs And They Weren’t One I Was Also Told Over The Phone That They Didn’t Have Two Beds Available but when I went to check in I asked at the front desk to switch and was able to switch after all bathroom was ridiculous small no free breakfast & have to pay for parking

Sharmin the front desk gal, was great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool is great but freezing. :/
I’m sad the hot tubs were not in working order.

Booking.com messed up the reservation. I had to stand at the front desk for over 30 minutes working between the hotel and you to resolve. Not sure why ...and booking.com has not resolved the issue of wasting my time ....
And I doubt responding to this survey will do any good either....
