Breakfast fine - nothing special. Very crowded this weekend so lots of people in the breakfast area and they ran out of the hot food by like 9:30 a.m. Location was good,
Beds so-so, not very comfortable. Pillows very flat. Light in bathroom burnt out but a maintenance person came up the next day and fixed it. I would NOT have booked this hotel on this particular weekend had I known it was full to capacity, it seemed like, with a wrestling tournament in Madison. Way too crowded for me.

Attentive staff. Great pool for young kids.
The toilet was hard to flush properly (had to hold down the handle and push past the point of resistance).

Couldn't upgrade. Was asked prior to arriving, I get there and was told you only had 1 queen suite and it was taken. If I had known that prior to arrival I would have asked for the king suite

The staff at the desk--Katherine and Jake--were Great!! The room was decorated beautifully and exceptionally clean! Many breakfast options and the fun pool area were added bonuses!

This was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at, and we travel a lot. Clean, affordable, friendly and professional staff, comfortable and clean room, and an amazing breakfast! Great location.
I just have a personal preference for thick pillows, and the pillows were quite thin.

The staff were friendly, there were all of the expected amenities, and the parking lot was easy to navigate.
The curtain in the room was thin, and beyond privacy reasons, it was also hard to sleep due to all of the light coming in. The gym facilities not being 24 hours was a disappointment, as I sometimes need to work late. The shower was damaged (leaky, the shower head functions didn't work, and the tub itself was damaged and cracked in a fee places).

Rooms are a little outdated and didn't have USB plugs. Overall it was comfortable and served our purposes.

It was a disaster to book this hotel
It was a disaster, the guy at reception JAKE did not find it in the system and told me that I am at the wrong address, when I showed him the confirmation number than he changed the story and told us you were booked for yesterday, well that was shocked especially when you are coming from 15 hrs international flight with three kids.
I contacted booking.com and they did not help as well, seems businesses are the same for each other.
