kitchen tap was leaking but was promptly fixed

Hot tube was in good condition and readily accessible.

Room is dated. Old scuffed up furniture, shower curtain mildewy, broken mirror in bedroom, T.v. worked intermittantly. It really needs updating and a redecoration. Across the slope from a noisy restaurant that could be heard until 11pm

How quiet it is. The pool. The security features.

The 1 large “adult” hot tub was closed and the other one wasn’t open late enough at night after an evening in the village for us to come down for a warm soak before bed.

There's a free shuttle bus (#5) that's just outside the property and it can take you to the Blackcomb and Whistler villages. There's parking available, but is 20$ per night per vehicle, but there's in-and-out priviledges. Lots of fans if you're staying in summer. Can also leave the windows/patio door open as there's bug screens on all of them. Beds really comfy!

Not sure about the master bathroom, but the general bathroom's faucets are confusing to say the least.. There's no endpoint to either hot or cold faucet handles for the sink, so it took a while to get the proper water temp and to close them. Also water pressure not strong. Didn't use shower, so not sure what it was like.

Spacious and clean.

Thought there's complimentary parking when making bookings for this property. Disappointed that only paid parking was available.

The room needs to freshening up and the pull out bed didn't pull out so had to sleep on the couch

need new bed linens - pillow cases had a funny smell sofa bed was very uncomfortable patio was dirty

Great room , great location to the hill and all amenities.

Good value for money. Neat and not too far from the centre

TV did not work

I liked the pool and multiple hot tubs.

It’s a far walk (with kids) to the main village. Carpet was quite dirty. Air Conditioning would be nice.

I got breakfast outside Aspen

The staff are very professional.

We enjoyed the location - so close to restaurants and gondola
