The staff service ewas next level perfect 👍🏻 suggest they all get paid better since how everything cost too much. The turn down service was very cute and housekeeping do a great job everyday of making up the room and keeping it lovey and tidy. Trustworthy staff make this place worth visiting
The price for everything is way over the top, just to have breakfast will set you back $110 plus tips. It’s absolutely exploitation of the customer staying. I would have to say it’s completely overrated and over the top. Just a bunch of people showing off their money, their possessions etc. I was happy to leave but this is in no way a reflection of the staff employed here. They are the only reason I didn’t rate this place worse.

I expected good service at a Four Season hotel, but they truly blew our expectations out of the water. Amazing service, quality, and attentiveness - could not recommend more!! The turn down service was especially appreciated with the beds made up, towels replaced and dishes replaced; the pool service excellent; and the food wonderful - the free wine tasting was also a lovely touch. Service was the highlight.
Truly nothing. It was fantastic.

despite the construction we were still given a nice room with amazing Mountain View. Our dogs and child were treated so well with complimentary treats everyday.
the construction was a bit of an eye sore but no big deal.

Room service food was all fabulous, staff was ALL fabulous, friendly, and very efficient! The only thing I want to pass on is my husband snores so one night he went to sleep on the pull-out bed in the living room couch and he said it was the most uncomfortable pull-out he’s ever slept in and said he felt zero padding, only the springs poking into his back. Honestly, probably most people don’t use the pull-out and the rest of the room was truly outstanding, so this is an extremely minor issue but just thought I’d pass it along. All hotel amenities we experienced were excellent and we can’t wait to come stay again!
Oops sorry see my previous answer. The pull-out bed in the living room was very uncomfortable. Otherwise everything else was amazing!

The staff are wonderful.
The prices are somewhat silly. Room service gets a $10 delivery charge plus a 17% service charge, and then an expectation of a gratuity on top. A bit much. Order one bag of chips and they bring you three. Order one English muffin and they bring you two (all charged appropriately). And then they put signs around talking about "Sustainability". That's a contradiction! $48 plus tax for valet parking; plus tip of course. $55 "resort fee" when no "resort" activities were used. Cost for one night in a large, beautiful $500 room (but with a view of the driveway), a cheap bottle of wine in the room, a lovely meal for two in Sidecut, two drinks in the bar, and a muffin and coffee for one for breakfast, $1200.

Comfortable room, appreciated the helpful staff, ski valet was easy and convenient. The 1/2 mile walk into Whistler Village was pleasant.
Our room was not cleaned on our third day, despite us being gone all day. That was disappointing, since fresh towels are pretty important after a day on the slopes.
Would have appreciated an adults only hot tub or certain hours specific for adults; the number of children running rampant in the pool/hot tub area took away from the relaxation.

Amazing staff and the ski concierge service made getting ready to ski and going to and from the mountain with kids such an easier task. Highly recommend.

Good service, cozy rooms with fireplace
Very average food..
If you are traveling with the dog they have very weird policy that is not written anywhere..
Basically your dog is not allowed to stay on its own in the room .. and they have a company that arranges doggy sitter (min of 2 hours service)
It’s convenient if you are skiing all day , but it’s ridiculous if you go out for dinner for couple of hours
