What a great location in the inner harbour. lots to do and a beautiful walk.

The location was perfect for us.

The hotel is undergoing renovations, we knew that when we reserved as we stayed at this hotel in October and it never bothered us. This time they were renovating the front entrance, they re route the entrance to a different location, again no problem. But then they closed the second floor elevator access and expected everyone to get off on the first floor and walk up 2 flights of stairs. I am disabled and cannot walk up that many stairs. The first day they shut off the access to the second floor, I pushed the second floor button on the elevator and was greeted by a very rude woman telling me that I could not get off here. So I continued down to the first floor and was then expected to walk up these 2 flights of stairs. A very nice manager came to my rescue and allowed me to take the elevator to the second floor and was also advised that I could continue to exit on the second floor. It then came a day when they blocked off the entire area with walls all around the elevator so that I could no longer get off on the second floor. On our last day there my husband asked about a luggage cart to use to take our things out to the car and he was told to use the stairs. Are you crazy with heavy luggage and a cooler and other bags and a disabled wife. We asked for the manager to call us, she never did call us even after I also left her a second message. I then spoke to another lady by the name of Nancy, she was very nice and brought up a luggage cart for us the night before. The parking garage was 2 levels, we parked on the first floor and we were able to exit that door but could not come back in as it was always locked which ment using the stairs once again. Nancy told that we could use the elevator on the second floor. There was signs every where saying it was a construction zone and hard hats were needed, my question how can you allow your guests to use an elevator in a construction zone.

Convenient, clean, with ample parking

Currently undergoing renovation so no inside restaurant. But, provided a breakfast bag with a muffin, cheese, granola bsr, and a juice.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is its central location and views of the water.

I was given a breakfast in a bag due to ongoing renovation which by the way has been going for YEARS. I asked where the coffee was? The attendant said, your room! The atmosphere is also morbid. No music in lobby and cold cement feeling with terrible lighting.

ventilation was horrible, on ninth floor you can hear water gurgling all night long, it stops for awhile and starts again . hopefully this can be fixed.
