The pool and hot tub not working

Bed and pillows were comfy...so was the office chair. Nice size room with big desk, big closet, full length mirror. Liked having my car parked right next to my room...and having an outside door to my room. Shower was good and hot. New sidewalk along the outside doors to your room. Staff were very nice!

The carpet is getting old...room in general is outdated and needs a little TLC. Would've liked grab bars on the walls for using the shower in the tub.

Restaurant really needs to take a good look at the cleanliness of their establishment, a good deep clean is really needed! Restaurant Staff need to be trained in the art of customer service as they come off as rude, and impatient. Also the restaurant needs a facelift as it is quite dated and the furniture has definitely seen better days. Food however was prepared well. Watching bartenders on their cell phone while working was a definite turn off especially when we required cutlery and condiments and had to get up and ask for it, very laid back non professional attitude of this place. Didn't even try to upsell or mention specials.

We had booked a king bed room, the bed was definitely not a king, there were times when there was a rotten egg odour from washroom in the morning, would have liked a room further away from the front door, we booked over a month in advance and were given a room right next to the front entrance 👎

Very friendly staff but the hot tub was broken. So they moved us to new room of the same quality.

Nice spot on the south side very private. Good service in Holel. The restaurant attached to the building very bad service left and went to timmmes after waiting 25 Mins and not even take our drink orders.

For an old facility it is pretty good. Noisy Old, poor sub quality workmanship.

1. Exercise room bad treadmill works...dangerous It starts OK, then starts going faster and faster I had to literally scared to get off without falling.

It's not new but it's clean. The pool is pretty leaky.

Location was good as we arrived by snowmobile and it’s near the snowmobile trail. Decent property for an overnight stay close to what we required like gas and restaurants

Bed and bathroom were all fine and clean.

Because we had a dog, we were placed on the 2nd floor which was an inconvenience as there was no elevator available. My friend struggled with the stairs. It was awkward carrying my large pet carrier up the stairs. The Internet connection was horrible. While my setting showed I was connected, it also showed NO internet. When I complained to the front desk staff on our first evening there, he was not able to help improve the reception. The pressure from the shower head was not great. The sidewalk and concrete around the entrance to the 2nd floor were in very poor and dangerous condition. I was surprised to see a sign on the front door to the main entrance to the hotel indicating it's pet free (in addition to being smoke free). My dog was allowed but, I felt we were being penalized for having one as we were placed on the 2nd floor with no elevator and very poor Internet service.

Location was good close to restaurants, shopping centers

The only thing was the Flys in the room other then that it was ok.
