The rooms were spacious, our room was close to the pool and jacuzzi
the rooms are dated and looking sad. our fireplace did not work in the room. the jacuzzi closed at 7 pm on a Saturday…. that’s unheard of.

The front desk staff associates are very nice. The room was very clean and well equipped. Great stay!
Just one comment, the parking space's snow removal was not adequate.

The room/kitchen/living room were very clean and head everything that we would need.
The room wasn't ready for our 4:00 check-in and it would have been to know ahead of time. During our waiting for the room in the lobby area, the room became ready but the front desk allowed us to sit there for 45 minutes. After four groups checked-in, I went up to see if it was ready and one of the ladies had no idea that we were waiting right there and yes the room had been ready.

there was no breakfast. we stayed as my daughter was racing...she took the new 8 person lift. great location. I wish it would have been a little under $300, but I understand it is ski season and the location is fantastic! thank you
I didn't feel the locker room/pool area was very clean

Village of loon was great because of its proximity to loon mountain, clean unit with comfortable beds. Pool and game room were bonus!

our condo was a little dated. needs new furniture, better shower head, and plaster above shower needs fixed

Loud compressor in the wall next to us, laundry area? Shook the wall. Would have asked to move if we were staying longer.

our room had no tissues toilet paper or paper towel when we arrived :(

the staff is helpful with tips for the town and they were quick to change rooms for us after we had a problem with the first one. the buildings are beautiful and rhe place is big.
our room had a terrible smell and we started walking around to find out what it was and there was a hole in the ceiling above the shower. it must have just happened because there were pieces of paint and drywall on the tub floor because of the hole. we believe that was what caused the smell. we called and they changed rooms for us right away. the next room was fine but it had an “old smell” and everything was old, including the carpet and couch. we even avoided sitting on the couch because it didn’t look clean.
ps: the room they put us in after was right next to the laundry. we had to sleep with the dryer sound very loud. the walls must be very thin.

Overall it was a very comfortable stay. We really enjoyed ourselves.
I wish that the oven had been cleaned.

We did not know anything about breakfast being offered, if it was something offered with the purchase of our two rooms.
I stayed in Lodge Room 203. There was a very unpleasant smell in the kitchen and living room area that did not dissipate at all during my stay. The smell was so strong, it was nauseating.

Jess at the desk was very helpful and professional. Our room was very clean. The parking was easy to access.
