No breakfast on the weekends

Better prices and restaurant opened weekends

The shower had a lot of pression, which is rare in the world of hotels/motels. We had a nice room with enough space. The motel was easy to find. and well located, with a convenience store right in front.

We had a better control over the temperature in the bathroom than everywhere else in the room. We were not use to that heating system and realised during the night that is was a bit chilly. I didn't see any elevator in our building carrying all our luggage was a bit annoying. I didn't look at the end of the corridor. I must admit, even if the price is the market price in Rouyn, it's still feel pricy for what we got.

Cleanliness and no rugs.

Traffic noise.

The front desk staffs took the trouble to figure out my request of printing a map, since I don't speak French and helped me out quickly.

The gentleman working at th front desk was very professional, friendly and helpful. He made my stay very pleasant.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The shower was better than most hotels I’ve stayed at.

Lots of things broken in the room including the outside door would not unlock properly.

The rooms are nice with a nice shower. No bathtub in our room. There is a small fridge and coffee maker. There is a huge parking lot for RV and travel trailer just across from the Motel.

The road adjacent to the motel is very busy and noisy. Perhaps the rooms at the back of the Motel are less noisy.
