Small but nice apartment, easy to enter and use code. Kitchen well equipped; bed comfortable. Location FABULOUS
Ok, this is NOT a full service hotel. After 6pm you are out of luck. We arrived later and didn't try the TV until after 6pm when 'staff' was not available. You can't use the internet they suggest because it doesn't go anywhere and we did not consider TV not working an 'emergency' Maybe we should have. After 6pm forget any service available. Otherwise, great place.

Location and the bed was comfortable.
The room was not clean. It had a weird smell like urine or B.O. Not sure what this was from. The inside of the shower stall was wet like someone just had a shower. We were in room 301. It was really disappointing. We arrived later and we were really tired. We didn't want to stay in the room but couldn't find anywhere else to go.

Breakfast wasn’t included and the water in the bathroom and kitchenette was only cold there was no hot until I ran both the kitchen and bathroom at the same time for almost 10 minutes. Even after that the water was just warm and not hot enough for a shower. The place was great and convenient that’s why I didn’t score this survey poorly for comfort

We have been there before and like the convenience. We get our PIN number for the building and the room in good time and don’t need to do long check ins or anything like that. It really suits our needs perfectly!!
The only thing we could mention are the beds. Both times we have stayed, the bed has a lump in the centre (running from head to foot) which make us feel as if we are rolling off the bed. Not quite sure what’s going on and it is only slight, but worth mentioning.
