Nice outside pool, very clean. Also good spacious room. Breakfast finished a bit early at 9:00 but what was there was good. Good hotel at a very reasonable price for a 1 night stopover

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good.
Found roaches in my room. All the construction was not good. The room key fob didn't work to get us back in the side door. All the front desk person said was well I don't know what to tell you .. Ask if I could do a late check out.. the front desk desk person asks what time I said 1:00 She said no..

The staff was very friendly and helpful at the front desk we were greeted by Danielle and she was great.
The carpets were dirty, trash wasn’t empty when we got there. It just didn’t feel very clean in the room.

The staff was welcoming and accomodating
As in all the Hampton Inns since the pandemic, this facility has not been maintained. It is disappointing to us because we have chosen Hampton for many years. This hotel is being worked on but has a long way to be completed.

Customer service
This property is under seriously needed updating. The price I paid for a night to be woken up by drilling and construction noise was a bit steep. I will be looking for another hotel for my next visit.

The breakfast was great. Bacon would have been more appreciated but we just were not lucky enough to be there on that day. Room was comfortable but AC kept cutting on and off and the noise and then lack of kept my wife up most of the night.
Bathroom was very nice.
Front desk staff were VERY nice and helpful with check in and check out!
Lighting was a little hard to figure out as far as turning on and off. AC kept cutting on and off which kept my wife up most of the nights we were there. REnovations while not in our room area still left dust and debris in hall ways and on elevator.

The first room we were assigned the beds were unmade, the second room the bathroom had debris on the floor. The front drive was very dirty, bottle caps present and just not clean.

Nothing really stood out.
TV didn't work. After issue being addressed, the remote didn't work. So basically, no TV. Rust in tub. Water pressure in shower beyond poor.

Bed was terrible. The mattress had a low spot in the center and was most uncomfortable. One night stay was almost $300 through booking.com. i have stayed at Hampton’s for decades. I expected way more than what I received. I will find other accommodations for future conference stays.

The third party booking should be outlawed. Having to deal with them was the worst part of our trip. Won't be doing that again.

The room was big, just wish there was a comfy chair to sit rather than on the bed.
On of the beds was speedy when you sit down on it, but otherwise good.

Breakfast was good. Clean room and comfortable bed. Close to restaurants and main highways
Only 2 towels came with king room. When I asked for additional towels i was asked if I was turning any in for exchange. When I said no they seemed a bit bothered but gave me the towels anyway. Lighting wasn't very good and window was small so not very much natural light

No electricity due to hurricane but that couldn't be helped. Staff made everyone comfortable.

Breakfast was ok- i had to run my toast through the toaster 3 times and it still was only more warm then toasted, but this feels very much like a spoiled person’s complaint. it really is a no issue.
