the bedrooms are ok
The stuff is horrible, They don't know how to deal with costumers. The manager/owner is a highly temperamental person, he doesn't know how to deal with people except by yelling and screaming at people.

It was in a good location with lots of parking.
The lobby, ground floor and elevator smelled badly of sewer.

The breakfast was in the restaurant and you had 3 option choices. The plate was full and the full was better quality than what you usually get at a free breakfast buffet. Liked the option of the hottub. Liked the movie channel .
The fridge didnt have a freezer section to put our ice blocks in for our cooler. The bath room cabinet in room 315 was a bit worn.

Bathroom needed maintenance. Sink was plugged shower curtain rod was loose. No USB ports in room. Traffic noise.

Rooms were nice, but bathroom is very small.
Manager/owner is not friendly. Key cards to our room kept failing and made me late for meetings several times. Hot tub is extremely small.

We did not have time to enjoy the breakfast but were glad the option was available. Everything was great, the room temperature was good and we were able to adjust it ourselves.
The parking was not very close. Not a huge problem, we didn't feel there was a security issue about this.

friendly easy-going front desk clerk. Hard-working and friendly waitress in the restaurant at breakfast!
Long wait for breakfast due to full restaurant and Covid restrictions requiring plated served items.

The lady at the reception was very very rude during checkout. Zero customer service. I never had this bad customer service experience in my life. Very disappointed

Listed as 1 bed for 5 people but was actually 2 bed plus couch; very spacious and comfortable.
The phones did not work for outside lines; very inconvenient for those of us without cell phones.
