The location is too far away and unfortunately the shuttle service was full twice, leading to almost 90min waiting time at airport in the late evening.
Shuttle_Service. Other hotels had larger shuttle buses.

The airport shuttle was very convenient and well organised, pick up was on demand and for airport transfer it can be booked in advance. The complementary breakfast was available early which is also very handy. The room and the rest of the hotel were clean.

Easy access to the tollway, decent breakfast options
Parking was an absolute joke. The hotel gave all the parking spots on the property to "park and fly", so the whole lot was full of people who weren't even staying at the hotel. Tried to park up front just to be out of the way, only for the front desk to threaten to have us towed! Nobody was present at the front desk for checkouts. We just had to leave our keys in a pile and pray everything worked out. Unbelievably bad time

the receptionist was telling me my booking got canceled since I was a no call no show but I never received an email or anything stating that would happen. she said I had to call to let the hotel know I was going to be late checking in even though I had reserved a room and received confirmation of the booking and my account had been charged. she was rude and unprofessional. I drove 9 hours from Nebraska with my son and almost didn’t have a place to sleep. I told her somebody should have advised me or sent me an email regarding the request to call if I wasn’t going to make it at 3pm check in time which didn’t make sense at all being that I always reserve rooms and I am always late checking in due to air flight delays or traffic and or work delays. she needs to be retrained. it was Saturday morning around 8am that I arrived and she was there. then since I was showing her emails on the booking confirmation and nothing on the cancellation then she ended up giving me a handicap room.

easy to get to . location
no hot water . Bathroom faucet broken, Hairdryer didn’t work. . ask at front desk for ice. sed there wasn’t any. looking fo pop machine fond ice machine next to it on 3rd floor. Full of ice. Dad training grip . could go on and on but won’t.

It was average. I was told that breakfast starts at 6am but even the lights in the dining area were not turned on until 7am

Clean, comfortable, and quiet room. Good breakfast. The person at reception at time of check-out was very friendly and happy to allow us to store our luggage while we waited for the shuttle to the airport.
We waited for 1 hour 20 minutes for a shuttle from the airport on the night of arrival, though the hotel literature says 0-60 minutes wait possible. After about 40 minutes, a shuttle for the hotel did drive by, but did not stop at the designated pick-up point, even though we waved. We ended up waiting another 40 minutes after that. Also, the person at reception was not welcoming or friendly. This hotel employee's manner of address to us when we arrived was, "credit card, please." No hello, no asking how we were doing, just "credit card, please." Some customer soft-skills training might be useful.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating! The weekly parking is a great deal is you’re flying out of O’Hare. The free shuttle to the airport was on time and efficient. Breakfast included as well.
I had no issues at this property and my stay was great.

There is 1 electric hook up (pretty fast charge) and 2 Tesla-specific ones. They're about midway down the left side of the building. Front desk staff was extremely friendly.
The plumbing was rough; the toilet tank had a slow leak so would kick in and refill every few minutes. The shower also seemed 1-wrong-twist away from not being able to shut off at all. It was squealing so loud that the not-showering person couldn't hear the TV. But it was all clean and we made it through.
