The staff was extremely nice. My daughter was competing at the venue so it was very convenient to stay on location due to her call times.

I had booked a king bed with a sofa bed, I got a room with 2 full-sized beds. It would have been fined but the mattress was extremely soft, we sank in the bed like pretzels, not a good nights sleep.

Location it’s great for a relaxing getaway

The size of beds, the TV in one of the rooms didn’t work at all. The hotel was under construction and half their amenities advertised (like the spa) were under construction.

Hicimos varios reclamos vía mail aportando datos de la persona que nos cobró de nombre Cassiie G. Día y hora para que corroboren con las cámaras de seguridad y las respuestas en principio fueron vamos a constatar lo denunciado y luego no nos respondieron más. Es evidente que son todos cómplices de esta estafa, de todas maneras vamos a realizar la denuncia ante la defensa al consumidor de Nevada.

We had a lovely stay, it seemed to be off season so it was pretty quiet, but we enjoyed that. We also loved having our pup with us. He enjoyed a comfortable stay with us. We even took advantage of the spa services. They were lovely!

Beautiful, top floor room with both a lake and pool view! I especially appreciated that housekeeping came in daily. We stay here often and love the property! It's striking distance from Lake Mead and Hoover Dam. It's far enough away from Las Vegas that the "Honky Tonk" Vegas vibe is absent! The Hoover Dam tour is amazing and Lake Mead is always lovely and peaceful. Rick's Cafe has excellent food and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner there.

I was disappointed that Marasa restaurant was not open mid-week, when we like to travel. Some day we will plan to be there when it is open...that means a weekend night!

The staff was nice and the lot had plenty of parking.

They gave me a “lake view” on the first floor (technically 2nd - because the property is on a hill) of the property. I could barely see the lake and could only see a little pond that was in front of the lake. No breakfast included. Bad shower pressure. Mini fridge was broken. $300 for one night in a small room with a “pond view” was super not worth it.

Attended 3 day event at the hotel and booked my stay to avoid commute from home everyday- loved my staycation!

This is one of the nicest facilities I have ever had the pleasure of occupying. The staff and the entire resort is absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend for anyone looking for beautiful quiet and cozy place to stay they should stay here. The cleanliness is immaculate and room service is to die for. I can't say enough to describe how awesome this resort is.

Friendly staff. Beautiful property. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Ultimately they gave me credit when they did not move my room as requested.

Reservation was for a pool view room. Room we received was not pool view and the fridge made a buzzing sound all night. When I asked to be moved the next day, I was told that they would have a pool view room ready after 11:00 am inspection. It was not ready at 11:30 and was told by new clerk that they would call when they had one available.At 3:30 we were going out for the evening and still no room. They gave me a discount for both nights but we had to put up with the noisy fridge. In addition the Jacuzzi was closed and the pool was unheated. Quite a disappointment for staying at a high end resort.

The bathtub- unsafe as it has no grip and very slippery! No mat for feet grip a concave bathtub- have stayed prior with a walk in shower - much better concept! Upgraded shower head obviously but the tub needs to GO!

The room’s air conditioning wasn’t working. Also, I asked the lady when I checked in to put us close to the entrance so I wouldn’t have to walk so far to take my dog outside; she put us at literally the farthest room possible.

I just noticed that I was charged twice, once by booking and once by the hotel.

We like the location and the dinner.

The plumbing issue affected my seniors stay a lot, maintenance people came 11pm n tried to fix the blocked tub and sink. And mentioned we could change the interconnecting rooms when my 90-year-old father already fell asleep, so of course we couldn’t. Hotel agreed to change our room next day but we waited for nearly two hours to move to new rooms. If there were no so much trouble, the hotel is located in a nice place, they just need to focus on their maintainance, especially for bathrooms and the cleanliness of the lake area.

Location was nice. The view was a great help within the stay. Staff was friendly.

Door knob broken, bed had pee stains. Bed was hard. Pillows were too huge to use. Paid a lot of money for this stay.

Swimming pool but dated

The hotel is quite old and desperately needs maintenance and renovations. My assigned room was extremely old, dirty, smelly, noisy, and had various broken items. The bathroom had a persistent odor, and the toilet leaked when flushed. The bathroom drain was extremely slow, and there was mold on the bathroom walls and fixtures. The room had stubborn, uncleanable stains on the walls. The ceiling fan was broken, leaving the unpleasant smells lingering. The beddings were old and discolored. The carpets were very old, and I found what looked like stains, possibly stool, blood, or jam-like substances. The armchair was dusty, dirty, and stained. The window and front door were also broken, leading to noisy disturbances. The room's small fridge made a loud mechanical noise. Thin walls allowed me to hear everything, flashing toilet, taking shower, conversations from neighboring rooms. The condition of the hotel room was a serious insult to families with small children, as it did not meet basic standards of comfort and cleanliness. The disappointment continued beyond the room. The hotel corridor near the ice machine had a lingering, unwelcoming odor of old water every time I passed by. Housekeepers left stacks of sheets and towels in the corridors throughout the day, often remaining there until evening. The hotel's beach resembled a polluted pool, filled with garbage and debris. Additionally, the garden was marred by scattered dog stools.

Overall fine but couple of little things. The bar staff did not keep tables clean and we were surprised to see food on the patio floor which had clearly been there a while. The reception staff could have been more attentive when i gave feedback but management clearly were on it and took action. I hope that the cleanliness point is sorted.

We arrived at three couldn’t check in until 530 and the room was disgusting. They also charged us $200 for streaming our device to their TV.

our room location was excellent for us and our two doodle dog companions. The room’s carpeting has to be fixed at the point where it meets the tile/linoleum. there are sharp edges where the two meet that can cause cuts and injury. the carpeting is frayed at this location. it looks unkept and “cheap”.
