Classy gateway

Great and beautiful boutique hotel, perfect location to see Millbrae and a starting point for those going to SF, Pacifica, Silicon Valley or the airport.

The lady at the reception got mad very quickly with me when I asked if the charging of the car was free (it was end of my 3 week trip and each hotel that had chargers lent them for free) and the lady could just say no. No need to scream.

We needed a place for one night near the airport. The Millwood exceeded our expectations.

Everything appears to have been recently updated. Everything was in excellent condition, clean and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was as good as any of the chain hotels motels.

Pleasantly surprised at value and cleanliness.

Staff was very accommodating. We extended our checkout to 3:00 p.m.. This service was offered in advance.

The Millwood was very comfortable, and clean and the room will appointed. There are some touches that were excellent, the simulated fire for the heater, and the coffee making amenities in the room. Great value for money.

A nice respite

Love the location and the rooms looked like they're newly renovated. The shower and toilet was clean and above expectation. Love the digital fireplace/heater that's in the room. Breakfast although simple was comforting! Highly recommended.

Comfortable, convenient, excellent sushi across the street for a light dinner.

The breakfast was one of the best free breakfasts I have had in the area. The renovation of this property is beautiful.

Superb

This was an upgraded, boutique motel. It had all of the amenities that you may want in a hotel near the airport. Close to shopping, comfortable room, helpful staff.

Unfortunately, the walls/ceilings are a little thin. I was woken up by the folks upstairs packing up to leave for a presumably very early flight the next morning. Not sure how that can be avoided, except to stagger the guests in every other room.

The hotel provided me a comfortable reasonably priced option for my stop over.

The property was reasonably priced with clean rooms. The room provided all the amenities I needed. Close to the airport as I stayed at the room for a stop over on my way to another destination.

It is my second time to stay here. Safe neighborhood and you get a shuttle to and from the airport for $6. Worth every penny.
