Clean, great staff, convenient, quiet

Understaffed breakfast restaurant.

We were happily surprised to find the hotel beautiful, old, grand style and clean. The staff were dedicated, polite, and friendly. Spa massages were wonderful! Breakfast was very good, esp the granola, fruit and yogurt with agave! Beautiful setting and furniture. Definitely would go back if in the Scottsdale area.

Room could have been cleaner

Staff was friendly and location was good.

The inside of the hotel was dark and gloomy and our room seemed like it was very humid inside. The hallways were the same so we didn't try and change rooms figuring they were all the same. 2 night stay so we just dealt with it. For the amount we paid I would say it did not meet expectations.

Great customer service..would definitely stay there again! The bellman was the friendliest person I came across! Very clean and smelt great too!

Arizona is hot :(

The staff was so welcoming! The room was beautiful. Food was excellent!

The smell of the rundown place was so bad I left. Could not stay. Waste of my time and over $200.

Swimming pool was nice.

Not enough things to do. Hallways are dark. Beds are uncomfortable. Restaurant was good but selection sucks.

No hot tub.

Toilet paper, pillows and food were terrible
