Guests are not allowed to use the stove top or the oven?Only a tiny microwave oven ? So we had to throw out our dinner we had purchased and planned to cook.. There was no comfortable communal area as full of Toys and owners clutter. It was a late arrival and early departure so no problem but I wouldn't feel comfortable staying for more than that.

Very dark unlighted neighborhood. two flights of stairs to carry luggage up had to take shoes off at front door. Demanded cash payment. would NOT take credit card. Would not accept Booking.com payment

Very nice location with wonderful facility that offers comfort and warm hospitality. Enjoyed meeting the hostess by speaking the same language.

Rude indifferent host. not clean. got moved to another place minutes after we paid for a two night extension because of flight changes. 2nd place had a filthy kitchen. no remote for the TV. no cups or even a spoon.

Nice place and very spacious room. Excellent location and beautiful home to stay however the owner should provide amenities like iron and at least electric fan since there is not an air conditioner. It was very hot in the bedroom during the entire stay. Also, can improve the old and rough towel Would love to come back stay again.

No electric fan, no iron, towel is very old and very rough to the skin. Need to replace the old towel really bad.

I liked only the house location because it's nearby bus station.

Firstly, this place is advertised as hotel, however it's a private home. They didn't clean the garbage bin, the bathtub had hair in it, towels didn't smell fresh, soap holder and bathroom rug were dirty too and the bed sheets were incomplete. In the evening the owner of property Lulu offered to change the room, but later she offered just to clean it on the next day, however they just cleaned the garbage bin not even changed the towels. They didn't clean the room or changed towels during our stay of 3 nights. So, after all of these I assume that they didn't clean anything in the room before it was rented.

bed was atrocious with no top sheet and plastic under fitted sheet begging the question when were they last washed? Towels smelled sour as if they had been left too long in the washer before being dried. Bathroom taps were spotted with previous user’s spittle and grouting line between backsplash and countertop was black with dirt and / or mould. I have photos! One light bulb in fixture over sink was missing. Switchplate cover was broken. Toilet seat was loose as if missing a bolt. General lack of basic, simple maintenance which made us wonder about the owners’ commitment to the business of running such a property as a rental space. Trying to come with the owners was very difficult. They seemed to understand little English and misunderstood simple statements like “We are going out for supper.”. Front door was left unlocked although they weren’t home and we couldn’t lock our room doors. Security seemed negligible

the bed is old , its saggy already that you dont feel comfortable while you are sleeping. location is far, not convenient for bus or train. no towels.
