Great service water park was the best

Everything was wonderful

We couldn't keep hot water. Twice we were without hot water. Once at 10pm at night when we arrived and one of the mornings.

Very good breakfast at villa flora restaurant. Every space in the hotel is very quiet and cozy.

Love the waterpark and ease for bar and food while poolside.

I didn't like how at the pool you must have "priority/reserved seating" to put in a drink or food order with the server that goes around. If the servers served anyone sitting out on the sun chairs, they we would be making a heck of a lot more profit. I for one would have bought way more food and drinks if i was having it delivered to me.

Beautiful and clean

No one to help us when we pulled up. Asked for extra blanket and didn’t come on the first night. Asked again on second and It was brought. Room was loud at night and in morning as it was adjacent to the atrium.

This is like a paradise, for me and my family this is the Top place to stay in Orlando

I liked the facility. Very beautiful and secluded with private shops and eatery along with the waterpark.

I didn't like the rooms, very outdated, fan was old, TV's were small and mattress was uncomfortable. I stayed a better places for less prices.

The grounds are kept immaculately and has animal life exhibits! There were more restaurant options than most resorts. There also was a calm 'South Beach" pool area for relaxation. The water park is included in your stay which was awesome.

This is a beautiful hotel w lots to do. The Old Hickory restaurant is over-rated. The very expensive steak tasted like liver. The water park was nice...just want to warn all that the "lazy" river is actually a mean rapid river...it will take you and separate you from large or small kids...we were rescued from it and never returned. The light show needs more advertising...it started and ended before we could see most of it.

For the price you pay for this hotel, your room was basic. No amenities. Not family oriented, not a lot to do. Your basically paying for look of the property not the quality

More amenities in the room at least a microwave and bigger fridge, a breakfast that was included in your stay

Bags showing up an 1.5 later. Trouble paying the bill for the food after we would eat. Waiter at the steakhouse was not attentive! Overall the staff didn't meet up to a 4 star hotel.

every thing was perfect except for staff.

It took an Hour to get my car with Valet everyday we were there.. No one would answer the phone from your room for help. Stood in line at the front desk for Hour waiting just to get a key.

As I stand on my balcony, overlooking the stunning atrium, I can't help but feel grateful for this breathtaking view. The colorful light show illuminates the entire space, making it even more mesmerizing. And the breakfast buffet is a culinary delight, with an array of mouthwatering dishes that leave me feeling satisfied and content. The ambiance of this hotel is simply lovely, with every detail thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable and relaxing environment. And the staff are nothing short of amazing - always ready to assist with a warm smile and friendly attitude.

The walls were too thin, and we were disturbed by the noise from our neighbors.

Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful, as always. The rooms we stayed in were spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. Dinner at the Moor was gastronomic. The service was great. The staff was very friendly. Lunch and dinner at Wreckers was excellent, and those awesome pretzels (4 on your order) and burgers were also great. Check-in and out was excellent. I have been a Marriott customer for many years, both national and international. I will continue being a Marriott customer. Thank you.

For a New Year's weekend, our room was serviced the second day, but we had to ask for service the third day. The New Year's Buffet at Villa de Flora was ok, but nothing to brag about when you consider the price. We dined at 9:00pm. The dessert table was awful with only a small variety to choose from. The Italian presentation was very good. The shrimp were very nice. Some more boutique shops would be nice. One Bringing in 2024vmore upscale dining would be awesome. I still love my Marriott or Gaylord Palms Resort in Kissimmee.

The pool is awesome. Very nice staff. Clean facility. Beautiful atrium! Good restaurants.

Called 2 times by 4pm since we were waiting for room to be serviced and both times person sent did not do what was needed and didn’t seem to understand English. Some food places were dirty. Definitely cleaning was not a priority.

The Christmas display was absolutely beautiful!!!! The resort itself is breath-taking. Beautiful scenery. Loved the swimming pool.

Not many slides. Only had one slide open. Slides close much earlier than the park closes. Slides close at 6 when park closes at 10.

The hotel is huge with lots to do, the atrium was my favorite part.Walking around the facility was fun and relaxing.I visited during the holidays and the decorations were beautiful. The location was less than 12 minutes to the parks and Disney springs. Ice is a must if you’re staying during the holidays!

Although the too was a good size, it was outdated. The beds make a loud squeak and are a bit uncomfortable. They had a fire alarm test during my stay that scared my young children.

Valet parking took a long time. Room service took 90 minutes. The carpet by the window was completely soaked.

The whole atrium inside is beautiful. My favorite is St. Augustine. A lot of space to explore. Everything was excellent. Excellent 2 night stay.
