The hotel location is fantastic in easy walking distance to the heavenly gondola.

The room looked nothing like the pictures, the TV didn't work, there was no electric outlet on the bed side of the room, walls are thin, there was peeling paint in the bathroom, no extra blankets were provided even though it was January! Overall it was disappointing for the price paid.

the staff was very polite but the rooms were so dirty and nasty. We stayed with friends who discovered a bug in one bed, so they gave her a new room, her new room had blood on the sheets. our room had dark brown something on the top blanket. Hair in all the beds. The windows had never been wiped down the amount of dust on them was thick. The floors were filthy and it smelt like urine on the carpet in our room. The air conditioner which we stayed during winter and did not plan on using however it was so dirty. The staff was polite but the rooms were just so dirty.

urine stains on mattress and sheets, blood stains on sheets, left over belongings in the showers. Hair in all the beds. Filthy floors, windows.

The fireplace did not work, the television did not work, and the electricity was out for an entire day and a half. The management refuses to respond to my request for partial reimbursement due to their failure to provide the services I paid for. (a working fireplace, a working, television, and electricity).

remodeled rooms pergo floors upgrades matrasses modern paint color scheme ect etc and you can angrily walk back from the clubs EMPTY HANDED or drunkingly happy and with any luck you walked with THIER MONEY merry Christmas everyone and don’t forget the casinos were not built nor routinely remodeled on WINNERS Xx/oo

it was good it’s close to everything, the kids love the place and it’s good that they have pots to cook .

we did stay 3nights but they didn’t allow housekeeper while you check in which is we us for cleaning our room .it’s 4 burner but it’s just 2 are working so my husband had to fix it to work the 4 burner .

I like it because it is near the center. It has a free parking lot.

The only thing that I was disappointed is that I expected to have dishes. Per example a pan, a pot. I asked in the reception and they provided with some.

During the booking process, photos on this motel weren't like it was on the website.not only was the room dirty. The floor to the bathroom was popping up, leading to me tripping over my feet. I couldn't use the tv. There wasn't any cable, plus the remote controls were broken.and the blinds were broke, so when people walked by, they looked inside the room. And it was $100 overpriced, and after I mentioned to them about all my issues with the room.. felt like nothing was going to be done.so at the point being only 10 to 15 in the room. I absolutely had to book another hotel somewhere else. And now it's going through a big process to get my money back..

I have been to Tahoe many times before and never had an experience like this. Arrived around 10pm and checked into room 279 and noticed the blinds were broken and hair all over the sink , it was as if the room hadn’t been cleaned. I asked for a new room and the guy at the front politely gave me a new room 268, we walked into no working lights and cables all on the floor, we put the lamps on and just wanted to get to sleep so my boyfriend went to take a shower and the shower head shot out when the water pressure turned on and when I tried to turn the heater on for him it didn’t work, the remotes for the tv also didn’t work. We again asked for a new room as we were staying 2 nights and he again politely gave us a new room 266, right when I walked in I noticed the sink bottom door was open and towels under the pipe when we woke up in the morning the sink had flooded the floor and we also noticed this shower nozzle was broken and we never used this shower so I’m not sure if it actually worked or not and the heater for this room also never made the room warm throughout the night even tho it made a sound like it worked . Again, we proceeded to ask for a new room for the THIRD time and they gave us a newer updated room on the first floor 121. This room met bare necessities. Breakfast wasn’t included as advertised. I won’t be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend it.
