It had a bed to sleep in.
Took an hour and 45 minutes to check in, and when I left the next morning my car had been broken into, windows smashed, and there were no security footage tapes to do anything about it. 14 cars were vandalized that night.

Room was good for one night stay, Breakfast had lots of options, location was good for the reason we were staying.
Breakfast was not included in the rate, toiletries could have been much better / included more of the product, Shower head was very odd shaped and not in a good position for an adult, had to be careful not to hit head on it constantly. Top floor was evacuated due to heavy rains causing leaks (luckily we were not on top floor) obviously some maintenance is needed on the building. I feel the rate per night is a little high for this facility.

the Room was musty and the carpet needed to be changed. The Room as a very musty smell

Clean big room.
No food anywhere in the building. Got hungry late at night and had to drive around looking for food.

The property was close to where we needed to be. They did not have the room that I booked available but quickly accommodated me and my children.
The property was not the cleanest. The pool had so much chlorine kids were coming out looking like they had chemical burns.

location to venue/water pressure in shower
was unhappy that we were informed breakfast was at a certain time, when in fact it was 30 minutes later. paid for vouchers for breakfast both days and then sunday breakfast not available. the front desk had no idea how to credit me for the breakfast vouchers. one room had updated heater and one room had old heater that let out an awful smell when turned on. Door handle to room was about to fall off.

housekeeping never came in to clean room . faucet in bathroom was broken . handles to dressers were broken . I had to grab towels from front desk cause housekeeping was no where around . Lobby was full of trash . pool water smelled and had a sticky layer of who know what .. sorry it was a bad stay

the first room i was given was still dirty from the previous renter i guess. as the bed hasnt been made, towels in bathroom are on the floor, soaps are used. but it was changed right away no problem.

I liked the amount of space in the room. nice size
it was not clean, they don’t change the bed sheets or pillow cases, it was obvious they had been slept on. there was also an old Moldy smell in the one of the rooms. They should probably change the filters in the heating and cooling system.

i checked in at 3pm, at 6pm the fire alarm went off and had to evacuate the building. the fire department arrived, 4 trucks. i was told the firemen would need to check every floor (8) and every room. i did not have the time or energy for that so i left. hope to get a refund but not optomistic.

room size were good.
breakfast was better than the other hotel we stayed in.
the reception staff seemed over worked and not happy to see a large group of us (10) arrive. we didn’t feel welcomed.
during breakfast she tried to make us pay extra cost - even though I paid extra for the bed and breakfast option !
