Everything was good.

We have always loved our stays in the past for comfortable beds and clean rooms. Staff have always been very respectful and welcoming.

Room 208. The beds were not comfortable at all. It was not clean. The bathroom shower had hair on the floor. And... unfortunately, after our first night, we overheard some of the cleaning staff complaining about our dog, shedding and criticizing how disgusting it was and that if we know we're going somewhere we should take care of that, etc. My husband was walking in when he heard it all after I had just brought in our dog. Even if it wasn't about us, very unprofessional.

We found a FEW hairs on the bed and pillow besides that all good

Breakfast and the service was nice

Bed had nasty stains/wet spots on them like they hadn't been changed , or it was spilled on. Got back to the room late and didn't want the fuss of bringing it up then so put a towel over it and went to bed . Brought it up the next morning, thinking they would want to make up for it or something idk and got nothing more than a 'sorry' and send them the pics .
