Situado en Los Alcázares, esta con encanto casa por 57 € por noche es una estupendo opción para su próxima vacaciones. La vivienda se encuentra situada en el centro de Los Alcázares donde se realiza el mercadillo semanal y encontrándose a una distancia de la playa de 400m, rodeada de jardines y junto al club de tenis. A cinco minutos andando se encuentra la zona de ocio y restaurantes conocida como la Galería del 525, donde podrán disfrutar y pasar el tiempo libre.
La vivienda esta formada por tres habitaciones, un comedor con televisión por satélite e internet, baño y aseo y dispone de un balcón y una amplia terraza donde poder relajarse. La cocina se encuentra completamente equipada con nevera, horno, microondas, tostadora y todo lo necesario para poder disfrutar de su estancia. En el solárium podrán disfrutar de una gran barbacoa donde poder cocinar y relajarse con la familia.
Es un lugar ideal para el golf ya que hay muchos campos de golf en la zona a una distancia de 5 minutos en coche encontrándose también cerca del aeropuerto. Dada la ubicación de la vivienda no es necesario alquilar un vehículo ya que se encuentra cerca de paradas de autobús y de taxis.

The apartment was well equipped, very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach, the center of Los Alcazares and even to Los Narejos. And the parking in the garage was very convenient! The housekeeper´s parents were so nice and waited despite our delay!!! Thank you.

Excellent apartment
The apartment was well equipped, very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach, the center of Los Alcazares and even to Los Narejos. And the parking in the garage was very convenient! Beautiful apartment
Just returned from a week in Javier’s house. It was our third
time in Los Alcázares and his apartment was certainly the best
one we have stayed at. The location was central for the beaches,
shops and restaurants, no need for a car!
Everything was spotless and well maintained. Although we
didn’t actually meet Javier, he was easily contactable by email
and his parents were available if there had been any problems.
They are really lovely people.
Hope to return next year for longer, Thanks Javier

The apartment spacious & had every thing you needed.
It was absolutely spotless. The owners parents were on
hand & shown around. They are very nice people.
The owner Javier dealt with any problems immediately.
I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment

Stopped here for two weeks in November 2018 and found the property to be exactly as advertised - spotlessly clean and well maintained. There was ample storage in all the bedrooms and plenty of towels provided. There was also a washing machine and drying area if we wanted to wash anything during our stay. As it was November, it did become cool in evening but we were able to put on heating in the main living area. The outside area was private and large with the addition of a covered area that included a large table and chairs.
We were provided with two sets of keys which are always useful, and there was a small safe to store valuables such as passports.
The owners, who were very friendly, met us on arrival and checked that everything was fine when we left. They were also available by phone if needed, but that was not necessary.

Perfect!
We spent for the second time our holidays in Javiers Appartement. It was also nice and clean as the last time. Evertything was also perfect as the first time. We hope that next year we can also spent our holidays in his Appartement.

There is a bus stop a short distance to get you to the main locations and an area with bars and restaurants. The beach is wonderful and goes on forever with bars etc. The apartment was great and I woul not hesitate in staying there again or recommending this to anyone well done Javie.

Our stay in Javiers Appartement was absolutely perfekt. Everything is like the pictures showing. It was very clean and his mwother very nice. The Beach is near, a short walk from 5 minutes away. A parking we always found directly in front. The weekly market is just behind the House and is big enough to find everything. We certainly come back

Excellent séjour
L' appartement est conforme aux photos, voir même mieux. très spacieux, très lumineux, très propre. La terrasse est très grande également. Il est très bien équipé, manque juste quelques mugs ou bols pour les amateurs de grand café le matin. Mais c'est un détail!
L' appartement est également très bien situé, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage et un quart d'heure à pied de la grande rue principale où sont situés l'ensemble des restaurants. Restauration tournée principalement vers la culture britannique, mais on arrive à trouver quelques petites perles pour déguster de la cuisine espagnole ou méditerranéenne, même un petit bistrot français, tenu par un français et son fils. Plutôt sympathique.La ville est pltôt agréable et assez proche de plusieurs sites touristiques à visiter. La météo en cette fin octobre a été parfaite! soleil, douceur estivale, idéale pour apprécier la mar menor et la très longue promenade en bord de plage de Los alcazares.
En résumé, rapport qualité / prix, excellent. Séjour parfait! Juste un bémol, mais cela s'entend partout sur le coin, aéroport à 5km donc, certains jours on entend les avions pas trop nombreux...Mais on oublie très vite!
