Comfort Inn & Suites Presidential

I loved that parking was free, and that there was an underground parking area with an elevator so that you could go straight from your floor to the garage. I loved the room, the couch was massive and the suite was so comfortable and cozy, you absolutely get your money’s worth! The pool was awesome, and the views of the city were superb. The free breakfast was also pretty good! Lastly, Ashley at the front desk was the sweetest and most professional employee!

The bathtub didn’t drain very well so it filled up the bath while we showered. The hallways weren’t the cleanest and there were a lot of stains on the carpet, and an elevator was down the whole weekend so it was moving pretty slow. The bed was realllllly firm, not unbearably so, but I’d keep it in mind if you have back issues. Also, the basement and its elevator lobby smelled terrible, not sure if it’s just because it’s so low or what but it was bad lol

Breakfast was great the first morning. Second morning could have put out a little more. On 2nd day we went down at7:30 and had hardly anything left then at 830 and there was nothing left. The staff was still helpful. We did get something to eat.

The water coming out of faucet smelled too strongly of chlorine. Not sure who stocks the drink machine on 3rd floor but we wanted a bottle water, pressed water button got a sprite. We were able to get water from the breakfast area.

I love the friendly staff, and the from was nice and clean.

The attendant at night was a sourpuss and treated my wife poorly. We had a confirmation number for a suite but he said that room wasn’t available , said they were completely sold out. We were tired since it was 10 pm so we didn’t argue but he did provide another room which was acceptable although not a suite.
