Close to Airport, close to Tim Hortons, Airport shuttle, nice staff, long term parking if needed.

Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was excellent. Room rug was clean. Beds were clean and comfortable.
Armchair in room was filthy. Stained and coloured on. Breakfast was good but tables never got wiped between people. Armchairs in breakfast room was also fifthy. Fridge in our room didn’t work properly. Never got cold and always seemed to be defrosting.Price of room increased by 10.00 daily when we booked for three days at one price. We were told it was to cover flux of costs. How did you know prices wouldn’t drop not rise?

I asked for the crib to be set up in the room prior to our arrival. we had to call front desk to bring it up but that is no problem at all, they brought it up ASAP :)

We liked everything. Room was comfortable & clean. It was just like what we are used to at this hotel.
My only suggestion would be a bit softer pillows. I found the pillows a little firm.

It was perfect… left vehicle affordably for entire stay… clean , helpful, comfortable … worry free … loved it

The breakfast was amazing; eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereal, juices, breads, bagels, waffles, syrup, chocolate, fruit, berries, whipped cream, and coffee.
Everything was excellent, except unfortunately the hot tub was closed.
