O espaço do quarto e banheiro é maravilhoso.

Não gostei dos carpetes sintéticos, conduzia muita eletricidade estática. Tomei choque algumas vezes.

It was beautiful and elegant. The room was huge and had an amazing view.

Hele mooie ruime kamer, veel faciliteiten, redelijk luxe, maar niet overdreven. Wel hee comfortabel en ruim. Fijn om douche en bad apart te hebben. Zowel tv in zit- als slaapgedeelte is fijn. Het resort is wel prachtig! (Kamer ook maar te duur) Fijn dat er echte glazen op de kamer waren (enige hotelkamer in de VS waar glazen waren ipv kartonnen of plastic bekers). Personeel vriendelijk en wij hoefden niet lang te wachten bij het inchecken! N.B. Betaal niet extra voor uitzicht op de stad! (Ons uitzicht op de stad was een uitzicht op alleen de Trumptower.

Voor deze prijs zelfs geen koffiezetapparaatje op de kamer of een eigen koelkastje kan echt niet vind ik. ‘S Ochtends een half uur in de rij moeten staan bij de Starbucks voor een kop koffie terwijl je 500 euro p.n. betaald voor een kamer … Nergens prijzen te vinden voor de minibar …

We love Palazzo for many reasons: location, service, rooms! Club level is the best choice, highly recommended. Breakfast and happy hour food is fantastic and service are very good .

The reason I picked the hotel is because of the proximity to sphere. It could not have been better, you get to the Sphere without leaving the hotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised, hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was helpful.

Nothing, my husband and I enjoyed our stay there.

Room was clean.

After checking in very late at night, the process of arranging for a bell-hop to bring luggage to the room was painful. I could have taken it myself rather than wait an hour (at 1.30am) for the luggage to be sent up. Also, quite unpleasant to be greeted by a naked man in the corridor on our first morning.

The guest room is spacious, huge living room, suit washroom, big shower. Was in 32nd floor, very good view, esp. The new big sphere stadium displaying beautiful pictures during the night. Also enjoyed the pools. So many tasty restaurants around.

It felt like a piece of Venice in the USA

The view was the worst one I have ever experienced. There was a wall and big A/C generators outside the windows - which meant the room was very dark! Also, I only drink tea and was asked to pay $45 for a kettle and 2 cups! I don’t like it that much! It just shows that this place revolves around fleecing people!

Casino is very loud and smoking inside is awful. More coffee options in lobby at Starbucks is so busy in the palazzo tower.

Inspite of upgrading the room was allocated one with vision blocked by a large dome. Must opt for higher floors for a better view

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the staff is on point and receptive. Easy access to the Canal and the restaurants around them, fashion show is extremely accessible along with the 24hr CVS. They had some challenges with their key card system, but it is what it is, not a major inconvenience. One of the best places I've stayed in Vegas.

The surprise "resort fees". I pre-paid the property on booking.com and it included $45 of resort fees/night. Then I got an additional $51/night charge on my credit card, after the inquiry it was said it is resort fees. Let's be honest, if you are booking the Palazzo $51/nights extra is irrelevant, what irritated me was the front office email back that said, this additional resort fees was mentioned in the T&Cs which I signed at check-in. When you are checking in at 2 am Vegas time and are on east coast time with is 5 am you are not entirely in the right mindset to reach a 20 page T&C on a small screen. They destroyed the entire experience for the extra resort fees which could have been very well included in the upfront pricing on reservation websites OR said aloud by the person checking you in, I would not have walked away from the hotel for an extra $51 of resort fees. They need to be better about communication and not sneak it in.

The suite was beautiful! Very clean and well stocked. Concierge was very helpful in setting up tickets for shows and dinner reservations. They quickly responded to all my emails and helped change reservation times when I needed to.

Brighter lighting in bathroom, difficult to shave with dim lighting. A steamer for wrinkled clothes would be nice to have in room.
