Tv worked.
Barely any heat. Could not use the shower as the cold tap was stuck. Flickering overhead light in the room. Bedding and towels conditions were of poor quality. Fridge was so noisy it had to be unplugged so I could get some sleep. Staff barely acknowledged my comments.

The cupboard was broken the door was broken tiles in the bathroom were broken needs a big facelift better not take $300 for my damage deposit I never broke nothing neither did my family

For what I had to pay the accommodations were fine. I would not bring my family here to stay but for myself to stay in again for work it will be fine.
No lamp shade, bed was horribly uncomfortable and the carpets were very dirty.

Staff was rude and did everything they could to have us leave. And gave my damage deposit to another tenant? How is that ok? Threatened to call police when confronted. Garbage human being

Had a great stay during the cold weather while working out of town. Staff were friendly and helpful! Room was clean and tidy, had some wear on the chairs and dining table as well as towels but otherwise was a wonderful place to stay!
Some heavy stains on chairs at dining area, had smoke smell to room but was not too strong. Some stains on bath towels despite being clean.

Easy to access while heading west, had the best price that night in Edson since we were just looking for a place to overnight en route to the west coast. Clean room, friendly staff. The beds in Room 120 were comfortable (had stayed in a different room earlier this summer and the bed wasn't as great).
The maintenance aspect of the motel is a little lax and it appears when work was done it wasn't high quality work - difficult to close outer door & bathroom door, the bathroom fan was hanging from the ceiling, slippery tile floor in the bathroom and no grab bar in the shower or bathtub mat, the parking lot pavement at the entry/exit is rough. You hear everything that goes past on the highway.
