Bed and pillows were comfortable, shower had good pressure and heat.
It didn’t cross my mind until later but it would have been courteous of the front desk agent to offer a room at the front of the hotel so a guest wouldn’t have to hear the traffic on the highway all night (earplugs are recommended). First room had a large brown stain on the carpet in front of the bathroom and a yellow stain on the bedsheet, and the channel changer was absolutely filthy, I’ve never seen so much dead skin and filth on a controller, second room had the same issue with the controller so I put the controller in a ziploc bag. Also bit of crumbs in front of microwave and an old air freshener beside the fridge. After seeing the things that were not cleaned one can only imagine how dirty everything else is, door handles and light switches.

The room,the lobby,everything was clean and organized.
Keep an eye on the breakfast,they ran out of egg,coffee,bread,and milk,we waited somebody to refill it but no one does.We ended up leaving the premesis.

Bed was so comfortable. I was being induced the next day and wanted to be close to the hospital. it was the best sleep i had in months.

Have stayed here a few times now over the past while as I have family in leduc. Friendly and helpful staff very clean. Breakfast and location is fantastic . Could lower the pet fee a bit and if room is damaged from a pet then keep the deposit.
The pet fee! I have three so would be a fortune to bring them all so usually have to find someone to watch the small ones and bring the bigger one with.

It was not clear that shuttle to airport was supposed to be booked in advance, but staff were helpful in making arrangement.

Loved the brand of yogurt. I love my coffee and am quite picky. It was tasty and drank it all. The spreads were fresh.
The only thing was the eggs. Rubbery and didn't taste fresh. Felt perhaps power eggs? But didn't eat them.

Room was ok for late check in, beds comfy-
Room smelt badly of wet dog. Refrigerator was not on so no way to cool our food. Pet charge was charged even tho when calling to confirm, was told it was ok.

New and the bed was comfortable.
The bedding looked like it hadn’t been changed but can’t confirm, just a feeling based on how the fitted sheet looked like. One the pillow cover had a make up stain on it. The towels were very thin, looked like they had been washed too many times and were and desperate need of replacement. On check out I asked the front desk clerk a question but couldn’t under his answer. I asked again but both my wife and I still couldn’t understand what he was saying. We just gave up and left.

Deep bath tubs, text message front desk service
Our exhaust fan in our bathroom did not function. Furniture missing handles (broken), electrical plug cover broken. Minimal towels given at check in, our towels did not dry hanging in our bathroom because of the exhaust fan not working. Beds are made with one fitted sheet, and two flat sheets in between a duvet. Room cleaning is only available every 3 days.

I asked for accomodation for my memorable proposal and you guys made it happen. I am exceptionally thankful to all staff with mention of Arsh, and a ??russian receptionist and I guess an indian receptionist(sorry I dont know the names)

the only good thing is the location and proximity to the Airport
I was asked to pay additional to get a room for 20 mins to freshen up as I had to leave for an interview. upon returning I asked for a tooth paste and again the operator asked me to pay an additional sum of C$5 . This is the first time I’ve heard a hotel asking to pay for basic utilities like a dental kit. the bulbs in the table lamp didn’t work. I was give a room meant for people with special needs (Accessible room) where water leaks in the shower section. tough for someone to not slip.
