המלון נמצא במקום מרכזי בטמפה. הצוות כולו שרותי ונותן מענה לכל בקשה. נעים נוח לשבת במרחבים הציבוריים גם בברכה וגם בלובי. החדר נעים . המיטות נוחות. רמת הניקיון גבוהה. המיזוג עבד מצויין. ביקשנו קומקום לחדר וקיבלנו.

חסרה הייתה לנו מכונת קךה טובה להשלים את החוויה.

Great vibe from the lobby to the rooms. Super fun atmosphere with many options of games and entertainment in the lobby

If u wanted a CV up of coffee there is none. Imagine u just checking in coming from the airport and not even a drink of something warm.

We thought breakfast was included but didn't see anything. The free coffee, drink vouchers and game play were a plus. The pool looked nice even though we didn't get to use it. Room was clean.

Pillows weren't that great.

Location was good and the games are fun

The french toast was so sweet, I couldn't finish one piece. Drink prices were high and inconsistent. COLORS of interior is awful where I feel like I am in a prison at times and claustrophobic! $12/ day to park?? Geez, with gas prices, thanks!

I liked having a bar (even though I don't drink alcohol they still had one of my favorite NA beers available) right in the main area of the hotel, breakfast was great meaning quality of the food.

I wished they had small refrigerators and/or coffee maker/microwave in the rooms. I did not explore whether I could request this, just assumed they would have it. We had left-overs from restaurants and no way to keep them cold. Also, when I first get up in the morning, I like to have coffee prior to dressing/showering and only way to do this is to march down the lobby to get some!

This was our second stay in four months. We loved the Moxy so much we had to come back!

Food was great

I never leave reviews but wow. This place is crazy, I feel like they stole my money. The amount that this place costs to stay. What a rip off.. I really don’t know how they have such good reviews. Service was TERRIBLE. The staff was not helpful and they all seemed constantly annoyed and unfriendly. And that’s a lot coming from us, we’re from NY and used to attitude but these people were just downright awful. There was a new girl who didn’t know what to do but she was really sweet. No consistency, they all looked like it was their first day every day and didn’t know what was going on. Honestly, it was wild that this hotel is still in business.
