It’s nice place
Cleaning service woke me up at 7am, first time in my life. They were so loud, vacuuming around, laughing and making unbelievable noise!!!!
I was thinking to complain to menager.

I loved the location as it was less than 10 mins away from the Allstate Arena where we were attending a concert. Close to food places and stores, and traffic was manageable and not overwhelming which was a big plus as I live about 3 hrs from the Chicago area and not used to heavy traffic!

my shower handle did not work so i had to call the cleaning staff to turn it on n it took them 2 ppl to get it started.

The facility is so and clean! The staff?! AMAZING. All of them! The bedrooms are very comfortable!

The hotel is not far from the airport which make it practical for an overnight stay in Chicago.
I spent 3 nights there and my room was never cleaned event when I complained.

The location is pretty great. Right off a highway and fairly close to the airport. The staff are also pretty nice, they helped me with everything I requested.
This hotel actually has an age limit of 21 for check in. Although Booking.com shows that there are no age limitations, you do need to be above 21 in order to check in. I wasn't able to do so but the staff at the front desk cancelled my reservation for me.

Clean hotel, big space
Service, person at the counter sounded bored and annoyed. When asked if there was a water fountain, she didn't say a word but pointed to the sales booth.
Doubles charges my card, called the manager for clarification which she promised to call back. Never got the call back and had to call in for further information. When finally reached her, she never gave a solution apart from saying it's not their problem.
