Price and location to Beach

all the people in and out. the ice machine and drinks are in the office which they keep locked so you have to bother them to unlock the door and you can tell by there facial expressions, they were bothered. same with towels!

I like that it is located easy access to highway in Morro Bay and about halfway to Cayucos. The bed was very comfortable and that is very important for me since I have had 2 back surgeries in the last 4 years. It is clean. The staff is wonderful and friendly.

If you are wanting to be in the heart of downtown within walking distance, you are a little out but still close enough for biking etc. It isn't right in the middle of downtown but Morro Bay is small enough that nothing is really out of the way. Nothing I didn't really like.

Easy check-in, check-out and easy access to the room. The room condition is better than expected as I read some of the previous reviews. Location is perfect for me as I was traveling from San Francisco via Big Sur to Los Angeles, so this is a good stop, value for money for the type of room provided. There is also a tv, coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room.

The bathroom is indeed small but manageable. The fan is working well and just nice during fall.
