The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was lovely. The staff were wonderful—despite the power outage, they did everything they could to accommodate guests and even offered 50% off drinks during happy hour. Apre was a great spot for breakfast, especially with the beautiful outdoor views. The resort is very quiet, with a convenient chairlift that makes it easy to reach nearby shops and restaurants. It was refreshing to stay somewhere other than Aspen, which felt overwhelmingly crowded.

There was a power outage for a couple of hours on our first day, followed by no hot water later that evening. The staff acknowledged they were aware of the outage earlier in the day, but we weren’t informed until we arrived. The layout of the hotel—moving between buildings and navigating different floors—was confusing, and our keycards failed multiple times throughout the resort. The air conditioning also seemed to reset itself overnight and shut off no matter what temperature we set. I don't see us staying there again.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this hotel is part of a village with shops and restaurants! My friends traveling with me also appreciated that the staff went out of their way to bring a microwave to our room.

Location is wonderful and the staff was excellent and answering our questions and helping us check in and check out. The ski valet folks were also excellent.

Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work for the weekend while we were there which was problematic since that’s one of the most enjoyable things to do after skiing is sit in the hot tub. Also, there was no soap or shampoo or anything in our room when we checked in and had to ask for it, and ultimately had to go down to the front desk to ask again to get soap. Also the air conditioning or fan system was incredibly loud and did not workin terms of cutting off or cutting on in the Auto setting, so there was no way to cool our room down except to open the exterior door and turn off the fan. So I would recommend finding a way to get a better heating cooling system.

The staff were so helpful, kind, and welcoming.

There were spots of some type of brown liquid on the walls. The window was unlacked and open when I arrived. Id requested to not be on a ground level and eneded up on a ground level.
