Just book 1week before our day travel and look around budjet friendly hotel nearby buffalo state and its awesome. The place is maintain good and we enjoyed our stay.

The desk clerk was really nice
There wasn’t any hot water available and was not going to be any until sometime the next day after check out. The management only offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Our stay was canceled in the system but I have still been waiting for our refund from Booking.com

Location was perfect
Due to a gas leak, there was not hot water or heat the entire stay. We checked out early as a result. and was only offered a 10% discount for the nights with no hot water!!!

The Inn is just 10 minutes from the airport. And, Max made sure he understood our request to have a room at the 1st level because we had many bags. Perfect for a sleepover.
The rooms are too old fashioned. And the bathtub was slimy under our feet!

Nice room. Bed was comfortable. Office was obliging when asked to deal with something. walk-in shower was great in handicap room. Dog walking area right across parking lot. Handy
Downside: stand-alone sink in bathroom was a pain. No shelves to put toothbrush, toothpaste etc. on. Also light and ventilator fan on same switch. Can't operate separately

The location was perfect with many options for food and near by for the football game
For the amount we paid for the room, we had our dinner from the first night go bad due to no fridge in the room. Nor a microwave. I feel this should be taken into consideration for all rooms. The pictures online showed them but we did not have one.
