The entire stay was great it was a getaway for me and my Lady and we will be back regularly

We loved our spacious and clean room. The balcony was great with a nice view. We enjoyed using the bath with jets. The walk to MGM/the strip was convenient and didn’t feel too far. I would stay here again.
We were sad the pool closed at 5 pm. We checked in at 3 pm so there wasn’t much time to enjoy the pool.

Distance from main MGM hotel and strip (felt like 1/4 mile) no automated walkways. In the suite there were no glasses, dishes or cutlery not even disposable so for a suite was odd

Our suite was amazing with amazing views of the city . I wish the price point was a little more economical so we could have stayed longer .
The prices for everything on the resort were exorbitant but everywhere we went they were expensive

We have stayed here several times before. A non-smoking property just a block away from the Strip is very convenient -- easy 10-minute walk to Las Vegas Blvd. From our balcony we had a great view of the new Sphere, which is so huge that it looks a lot closer than in it is reality! Keep in mind if you plan to walk over there!
Parking was a total disaster. They used to provide valet parking at all times. Now, suddenly the valet lot is "full" -- we heard that it's really because they cut staff. Either way -- you could wait 15-30 minutes at the gate, only to be turned away because suddenly valet is closed. This happened to us: We had even called ahead and asked the concierge if valet was open, and she assured us it was. Instead, we were sent around to self-parking at the MGM Grand. It took us 25 minutes to walk from our car to our room in Tower 3, and we weren't dogging it. Slogging through the smoky casino that we were trying to avoid.
We were able to get a pre-printed voucher ticket to pay for garage parking once -- the other time, the reception even ran out of them! Staff just kind of shrugged.
Other issues: 3 out of 5 elevators were out of order in our Tower, leading to longer waits. No reception staff in Tower 3 in the evening. No hot water in jacuzzi (I know, first-world problem), no flatware in kitchenette to eat anything.

A long walk to the main strip. The phone in the room didn’t work and there was a kitchenette in the room but not a single piece of equipment to use it (crockery / cutlery etc)

I stayed in tower 3 and at night you couldn’t be dropped off at the front doors. They had it blocked off.

Overall The Signature is a great place to stay, the rooms are spacious and it’s walking distance to the Strip. We had a balcony with a view on the Sphere which was a nice surprise.
We had major plumbing issues and could not use our toilet for the first 24 hours. We had multiple engineers comes up to try and fix the toilet and sink. The issue was finally resolved on the second night but we did not get an option to move rooms or receive any compensation for having to use the lobby washrooms even after speaking to the hotel manager, which is disappointing.
On check in (which was at 11pm) we were also told that they don’t think that there are any clean rooms available for us.
Given the above experience we would not recommend to stay at the Signature.

I always stay here because the suites are nice and I enjoy the property. We had a horrible experience this time. There was a racist valet Parker and they broke our door to our car. This was only made right by a manager named JJ she really went above and beyond to make situation right. She is such an asset to MGM they should train their workers to be as genuine and kind non judgmental and as empathetic as her. She was amazing.
That valet broke our door to our Tesla cause they didn’t know how to work the doors and should be trained then there was a rude and racist valet attendant because were a different color than him he was rude and acted like we were trying to steal a car and we owned the car. He acted as if we couldn’t afford one because of our skin color or how we looked. Also the light in the room a screw fell o. Me and it was hanging by a thread. The sinks were not draining properly either

I attended for the Paparazzi convention and I like that I didn't have to leave the building to attend any of the engagements. It was my first experience traveling and doing my booking to outside of my Island of PR, it was a grate experience and I would do it again.
On a negative note we weren't aware that the water provided to us in our room was an extra charge, now we know for next time.

We had made reservations with booking. Com at the signature MGM . But when we got there they canceled are reservations. My husband and I drove 6 hours for nothing. We waited in the car to resolve the problem and it was not resolved. So we decided to drive back home the same night. Not happy 😒
Nothing the people at the at the Signature MGM are so rood .it seems that they aren't happy with their job.

Nice room for the price, nice big shower and jacuzzi bath. We enjoyed having the balcony with the strip view even if the strip was quite a distance away. Comfortable bed and pillows and great to have a fridge. Quieter pool than the noisy one at the grand. Useful monorail station.
Just felt that the whole mgm complex was tired and dated in comparison with rivals like Paris and caesars Palace. Restaurants not as good as in other hotels but the bars were good, particularly Losers. Quite unpleasant entrance off the strip with lots of sellers and wierdos around. Room never seemed bright enough, with being shaded and not much lighting to light it up.

The cleaning staff and valet folks were the most helpful.
The hotel reception folks (2 of them I apoke with during my stay) were very rude! They couldn't care less. One of the ladies on the second day almost yelled at me for asking a question. I specifically asked for a room that was quut. They put us on the 9th floor and the music was so loud. The ladies next door came in at 3:30 am every night we were there and were so loud. The bed was horrible - gave me a bad ache. The jacuzzi was in horrible condition. The hotel is over rated for the price they charge.

We enjoyed having a suite in Vegas. There was plenty of space and we enjoyed the view. I would recommend this facility to anyone who are looking for a good Suite in Vegas.

Exceptional service from booking to check-in, the staff was incredibly attentive. My room was very clean and smelled amazing, with comfy beds, nice views, and clean bathrooms. We needed extra towels and got them right away. You could stay at this hotel and never have to leave, it is connected to the MGM via covered walkway access, tons of restaurants and shows, and everything you need. I haven't been to Vegas in over 15 years, so I was pleasantly surprised by just how much this hotel had to offer. Amazing, prices are high but reasonable for Vegas. Easy Uber/Lyft pickups if needed, and again attentive staff all throughout the property. Highly recommend staying here.
