Booking.com stole my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I arrived at the hotel they had no open rooms and cancelled the reservation but Booking did not refund my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to post everywhere to never use Booking.com as they will take your money and give you no place to stay! You guys absolutely suck!

The fact that you never even gave me a room! Booking.com lied and then kept my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to sleep in my car!

Room was obnoxiously loud. Sounded like pipes in the walls shaking all night.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Switched rooms around so we could get checked in before my daughters softball game started. Breakfast was great and there were many options.

No complaints at all.

Wifi was only available in the lobby which was extremely inconvenient. My television did not work at all. When I stepped out of elevator to go to our room, floor was so sticky that my flip flop stuck to it.

Room was spacious and very clean! No complaints! Elevator was a little slow. I was shocked at breakfast when she told me they were out of sugar!! I don’t drink black coffee!

my room was completely dirty after waiting after check in time to even get to my room. nothing had been cleaned. the new room they gave me had no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the shower nor travel size in the room. the beds were hard as a rock, the comforters were heavily stained. the fan in the bathroom did not work and the shower head did not work correctly, or barely at all.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good also.

Booked a suite with a jacuzzi directly following our wedding but was given a standard room and told there was none available (we booked 4 days prior to this and the photos on the booking site showed a king suite with jacuzzi tub in room) and only option to resolve was a check out and refund in middle of a thunderstorm or stay and pay same price as room we booked even though it clearly wasnt. Tried to resolve with front desk as well as booking.com customer service. Room smelled of smoke , was not properly cleaned and had a decent size hole in ceiling and a door that didn't latch properly. A non working sink , one elevator for 5 floors, elevator floor had peel n stick tiles for a floor that were coming a part as well as sticky floors throughout the hotel. Your shoes stuck to the floor. All this for the great price of 230$ a night. Was a very disappointing honeymoon night after a very long but great day.

Giving people the correct room or in the very least corrections the price for the room we were put in instead.
