Disappointed that we were not told that the pool was being worked on when we book and when we checked in, no mention of it. Then when we walked down the hall to our room, there was a broken chocolate bar right by our door. We had to kick it to the sid euro not walk in it, never got cleaned. Then I enquired about no central air in our suite and then was told after that there were some unit’s with issues so I asked for a fan. Disappointed to say the least

Breakfast was great. The lady that works in that area is always very pleasant & friendly. She does a great job & takes pride in her work. She is one of the few that work there that do!!

It seems like the one of the TV's doesn't work every time we stay but the come to fix it as soon as they can. There is only 1 staff person on so there is always that waiting period but they don't seem to have the linens for the sofa bed available either or to get an extra blanket.

The pull out couch was dirty...there was a dirty sheet and gunk on the mattress. The night clerk opened another room and allowed us to take a mattress out of the pull out couch in room #313...however there were cracker crumbs all over the mattress which came off so we took it...it was almost 11 pm...then there was a whole bunch of junk under that mattress...it was not a clean hotel...There was hair in both showers...we had a 2 bdrm suite...then the smoke alarm kept beeping because the battery was low....so we just did not have a good stay....the bananas which were in the breakfast buffet were black when we arrived at 3pm and they were blacker when we went down for breakfast. We did not eat breakfast it was sooooo bad. Sorry to tell you this but it was just not a clean hotel. The jacuzzi was had been closed by the health department.

By booking online we did not receive a $60.00 discount that would have been available through the hotel's website.

Bed was very comfortable. Chairs and couch not so much. The living room was extremely small and confined. Could use more area in that space.

Room was very dirty. Dishes dirty, coffee maker dirty when we arrived. Half of the staff friendly, half was not. Dogs barking nonstop in other peoples room was horrible. Hallways smelled like dog urine.

The room was not clean. There was a Gatorade bottle under one of the beds and a slice of pizza. There was little white pills in both of the bedrooms.

The manager had worked a double shift and she was absolutely wonderful. We didn’t have heat in our room the first night and was told they would move us to a different room but, she was unable to do so.

The girl who checked us in was rude, didn’t make eye contact and didn’t even acknowledge that we were standing right in front of her. The manager took over and was exceptionally professional and kind. Also, there were no USB ports anywhere in the room. It needs to be updated!

The staff was very pleasant. Room was very nice and clean and comfortable.

The indoor pool was freezing. Couldn't enjoy that with my kids at all.

Breakfast was not good. Didn’t even have syrup for the waffles and the lady was not nice.

Dirty towels and bedding left in room, staff was rude, hot tub hers didn’t work. Pool was out of order for 3 hours and then kids all got a rash and cough,

The location, price, and beds.

The hot tub was out of order, as was the waffle machine. The pool area also had dead bugs all over the window sill and floor. There was also mud in the stairways for the whole weekend.

Shower was duty, Very small beds, no enough towels. Breakfast attended no good mood ..
