it's a bit far from the centre of Galesburg

The property is clean, simple, and it’s located right by the entrance to the interstate. It’s conveniently situated right on the Main Street that leads into downtown Galesburg. The staff are courteous and professional.

It’s a little dated physically, as there are bits of rust, wear, and tear throughout the room, but it’s not off-putting enough to affect the comfort level.

everything! The building inside and out is clean. My room was beautiful and well taken care of. They have a fitness room and a pool, laundry facilities, everything you need for a comfortable stay.! the continental breakfast is great! You can make your own waffles. They have breakfast sandwiches and muffins and fruit, juice, milk, coffee. Their breakfast room is very nice and very clean. You can sit comfortably at a table and watch TV while you eat. It’s just a very lovely place inside and out. Oh, and they are pet friendly! With an awesome huge yard on the side of the property for you to walk and play with your dogs. 🐕🐩🦮 cleaning up after your pet is very important not only to the staff, but two guests as well! I am grateful and thankful to every pet owner that has visited the Baymont inn and suites, who have cleaned up behind their pets. The side yard is beautiful because of that.! I encourage everyone with a pet to do their part. Thank you Baymont for the best experience of my life.! ❤️❤️❤️

what I didn’t like about the property was the fact that I couldn’t stay there longer! :-)

The breakfast had limited offerings for food allergies (gluten).

The front desk employee is very friendly and remembers guests name when greeting at check in.

We never have a negative experience when we stay here.

Staff used some language, but not overboard, but could have used other words besides curse words.

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff

Housekeeping. We accidentally spilled coffee on the bed. It was in clear view when HK came into the room. They didn't change the sheets. We came in pretty late and had to go to the desk to get sheets. Then change them ourselves. A person should not have to make a special request to HK for something so blatantly obvious. Not a fan of the shower heads but good ones are really hard to find in inns. No guide or menu on TV. You have to flip through them all.

Location was fine. Staff was nice.

Walls were paper thin. Could here everything people in adjoining room were saying. Didn't feel comfortable having a conversation as the room next door could here everything we were saying. Place needs remodeled. Older TV, remote buttons were completely blank, all numbers, lettering gone. Not a good value for $150. Would look somewhere else next time. Toiletries were minimal.

the front desk person when we checked was very nice even after having to deal with a very stressful situation.

The sink had no water and the bath light didn’t work. We asked to be placed away from the elevator and ice machine and got a room right next door to both.
